It looks a lot like Tyler the Creators fashion brand but you dont need to listen to his music to enjoy the clothes. James Charles and H3 know each other, JC would have seen the iconic hoodie before, it is not a small shop with no clout ripping it off, its a fellow massive youtuber. H3h3 reminds me of Robert Pattinson in the movie "Good Time" where he robs a bank and then everything goes wrong. Once your brand becomes popular, people will get inspired by it and release similar styles. Like the thing is teddy fresh didn't copyright color blocking. Hila wasn’t the first to do a design like this and wasn’t the last. It’s hardly a groundbreaking design that nobody else can come up with. It’s extremely likely JC’s designers came up with this independently, just as many other designers have.
Designers who have done this design or ones similar include Nike, Shien, 424, River Island, Madsimo Giorgetti, Urban Outfitters, Tommy Hilfiger, Agora, Supreme and Route One.
Fashion tends to work like this, trends come about and things look alike. Chanel made women’s tweed suits a popular thing and other designers followed suit.

To be honest, I had never seen color blocking at all, let alone H3s or James' hoodies and I was born in the 90s. Where I live color block clothes just aren't a thing.
So i was on h3h3 side UNTIL i realized that the design was around for a really long time... UNTIL i remembered james Charles stole many art designs before, UNTIL i remembered that this makes no sense because you can make the same arguement against h3h3, UNTIL i saw the DMs. So idk

Yeah. They kept implying it's the same colours and some even said they have the same shades, when one's clearly lighter. It's not really a stretch to come up with the same colour combinations since only certain colours work well together.
