Nice vid. I have a 1996 Super V 400 that I pulled out of retirement and got serviced. I’m the only owner and have ridden the bike only 6 times until now. Very fun bike to ride except the handlebar position,,will be finally getting an extender
This was my first full sus a super v 2000 in red you never needed a front mud guard due to the size of the down tube had it from new until a trade in the raven 2000 in pearl green had Cannondale ever since.
Beautiful Bike, was a dream at that time when I was a student and never actualy rode one unfort... Its on my wishlist right now :)
Nice bike bro I have a 99 500 that is practically new and I also have a 97 that I’m currently making into an Uber V with a Jekyll swing arm and a lefty fork
Thanks! Sounds sick! I would love to build an Uber V one day. Never tried lefties but I've always been curious. Too many projects on the go for now but one day!
@@radhaus4528 I had a really hard time finding a Jekyll swing arm and finally ended up buying a whole bike off Craigslist for 150. It actually turned out to be a good thing because I sold the Fox shock that was on it for 180.

I bet it is! It's crazy how long the wheelbase and how relaxed the headtube angles are on modern bikes compared to these. Progression I guess.
