I love watching these vlogs! I’m a nanny too! (Not a live in, but full time nanny) for a 2 year old girl. It’s so much fun comparing what other nannies do during the day etc! She’s so cute!!
You seem like an amazing nanny. I am actually so impressed that you take such good care of her as well as do school work on top of it. Excellent. It is important to have them in a particular place while feeding and not rolling around and/or sitting on the floor with you. If she doesn't want to eat to much bc of it, no worries, she will eat much more at her next meal!
I'm also a full time live in nanny, from morning to bed time. I love seeing your day it just made me feel like I'm not alone and there are others out there who's day resolves around another.
I've taught english as a foreign language in asia. since I've been back in the united states, I've done substitute teaching and finally realized i love working with preschoolers so i started teaching preschool! now that it doesn't look like preschool will be allowed to return any time soon, I've been looking into transitioning into a part time nanny while im getting my degree in early childhood education. thanks for this video i would love to do this job!
You honestly deserve more subscribers! You are such a good nanny to her! I am turning 14 soon so i will be legally allowed to babysit and i look up to you so much :)
You seem more like an Aunt or God Mother than a Nanny lol. You can tell that she loves you and her mom and dad must be so happy to have someone who loves their most valuable little princess. There are so many hateful people out there left with children God Bless you.
I will be starting my first live in nannying job in a few weeks/months, I do have 13 years of childcare experience, but I knew it was in my will to start caring for children on a more personable level. I find that it's more challenging to connect with a child when there are so many other children around with different personalities that actually tend to rub off and alter a child's actual character. I am excited and nervous because once again, this will be my first time, but I'll actually be moving to another state to accept this offer so lol very nervous. I am awaiting the details for my itinerary so that we can move along here, but I watched 3 videos before this one, but not all the way through. I liked this video very much because it seemed to be very genuine and personable which is the type of nannying I will strive to be doing so, thank you so much for the post and making me feel a bit more comfort and confidence in this move. :-)
Thank you for this! I just accepted my first nanny job whilst in college and am super nervous but you gave me some good ideas, love the finger painting! ❤️
I wanna be a live in nanny in probably a different country than the one I’m living in (England probs cause I don’t know many languages) and so I’ve been doing research and watching day in the lives and this was one of the bests
Just a little pro tip I noticed you say she doesn’t feed herself very well or use her sippy cup, be it so if you leave those options there for her all the time she will eventually start doing it at her own accord and get better at it with the fastest results, I started with my daughter having two spoons with each meal, one for my daughter and one for me to feed her - at the start it’s basically just a toy for them and they do make a great mess but it’s all practice that’s training their cognitive abilities :) and just always having a water bottle nearby, I still give her water myself but it’s really encouraging for making them enjoy water too
I used to have the exact same issue with my daughter wanting to run around playing during breakfast, solved it completely by putting her seat on a tall chair next to the table and because just easily jumping off and running around isn’t an option it’s so much easier to keep her attention on breakfast :)
I love this ! Could I get your contact information? I am interested in being a live in nanny and move to another state. I just want advice , thank you and your amazing
I'm trying to find a good live-in position. I'm on Nannylane. Does anyone know of any other good sites, especially those that are FREE for nannies to create an account and use? I hope I can find a position as good as yours with a child just as sweet and well-behaved😊
I’ve found that making a professional resume and linked can be really beneficial! Joining local moms groups on Facebook with a professional post can be the ticket into some amazing opportunities!!
@AnnasOtherLife I'm not able to have a Facebook right now. And I already have a great resume and references and years of experience. But it's challenging for me finding live in that wants to commit. A lot of families I've been messaging seem wishy washy but say they want live in. Am I not looking on the right sites?
@AnnasOtherLife I know there must be families out there who want and need a wonderful nanny, and I'm very confident of my abilities but it's a lot of part time positions I see. Not many fulltime, live in
Nice job. Love from Pakistan. Can we talk because I have to ask something from u. I will be travelling abroad for studies. And want to talk to u about nanny jobs. Plz don't ignore
You are going to be a wonderful Mother one day. This lady is lucky to have you.
and i wonder if this is not risky meaning that the baby may get too attached to the nanny
She really will be
lilian Bonus At that age they may not even remember

cool.. ooh I hate alarms
Why wouldn’t they want her to keep taking a morning nap?
So she sleeps better for her later nap
And if it is taking her an hour to get her to sleep, she is growing out of it.
Beautiful
this is what may want to do honestly I do not want to have a real job ,,, because of my disability ' im a good person I just hate being turned aways
New subscriber here.

Why do you have to put out the trash you're a Nanny and not the housekeeper or the parents that's their job.
Based on agreement that may be something in the contract or asked to do
