I lived off fruits n veg . Dropped 40 lbs in a 30 day . I drank carrot juice juiced grapes, green seedless. Fir a rich sweet drink. Did not dilute with water.
I love today to still juice a salad juiced is greT add a sweeter apple , cranberry’s to it , drink yup. I’m healthy. Well preserved . Strawberry n orange are my crave drink!
1 T of potato juice before eating a red meat (steak) is better for the gut.

No! If you gotta cut up the fruit or veg to put into the mouth of juicer. Buy the wide mouth juicer! Higher watts fir motor speed. You will like better.
