And others I’ve come to know after I joined your group and later other groups. Nice way to break it down for newbies but also for us collectors who never thought of the other companies mentioned.
I say start with diamond select and NECA in my opinion they look great and they are cheap and they don't break when you touch them slightly... Good for casuals and beginners

ARH was/is into fantasy and mythological characters. Yamato also used to have a nice Fantasy Figure statue line. Enesco/Grand Jester Studios has some DC and Disney statues and then DC Direct has some good smaller statues as well.

Only to find out that the seller (who I don’t think is a collector), sold me the Collectors edition, and to top that off the right leg was cracked off! Now the seller is trying to say that I broke it, and say that I bought exactly what he advertised. I spent $2395 on this! He has no clue about the difference between exclusive and collectors edition. That’s what is frustrating. I just want my money back. But we will see how EBay’s Money Back Guarantee works. But what a nightmare!

I'm knew to collecting I have few diamond select PVC statue's but would like the resin style or polystone the are way more detailed just having a hard time buy them in Canada just when I think I have a deal it's in us dollars so I need somewhere to buy in Canadian dollars any thoughts ??

Hey there, I just started collecting 1/4 and 1/3 statues. I live in So Cal and sideshow is about 45 miles away from. I heard it’s always best to order directly from prime 1 but since sideshow is near me would it be better to order from sideshow. Will a 1/4 1/3 statue shipping be a lot cheaper? Prime 1 shows you the shipping cost but sideshow does not
Entertaining and informative, thank you. I've been collecting for nearly twenty years and have around 450 busts and statues, mostly Bowen, the godfather of superhero statues. I don't own any 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 scale pieces, too big for my liking and the character roster in these scales is pretty limited. After Bowen I like Tweeterhead, Iron Studios, Kotobukiya, DC Collectibles, Marvel Milestones, Hard Hero, Gentle Giant, Diamond Select and some other, slightly more obscure companies e.g Reelart or Electric Tiki. I don't own anything by Prime 1 or XM and probably never will! Great video but you forgot to mention Bowen Designs, for character roster and comicbook accuracy they are unsurpassed. Cheers, 8-)
Stuka Von Ferno Bowen is the man! Yes I left it out only because at this point you can’t buy those at a store. I wish he would come back. Bowen had a roster that no one has topped.

Yes we have had the store for a long time now, but I really don't push it much. We sell our apparel there and we have a few statues that we can get from XM listed. Others if you hit me up early enough, I may be able to get a good deal on for you. But really Seth and I just want to have fun making the videos.
i just want to warn everyone about tsume arts, they probably have the worst customers service i have ever seen, they recently just canceled the Gears of War Statue, im trying to get my money back and its taking forever to hear a response, its really frustrating. I know they make the best anime but just be prepared, if something happens its going to be a nightmare to get a response.
