The Beatles and The Four Seasons shared in a L.P. in 1964. In fact I Get Around was the first number one hit for The Beach Boys in 1964 on Billboard. It was replaced by Rag Doll. The 4 Seasons. Rag Doll was replaced by A Hard Days Night The Beatles.
Bucket list item of seeing the Beach Boys live in concert finally came true for me a few years back .
My boss Jerry Saul was friends with the Beach Boys. Especially with Mike Love !! PARTY PARTY
Absolutely amazing and beautiful
The song is great my friend
How are you doing today?
Hello dear,how are you doing?
2:15 How can a man sing that high pitched? Lord have mercy!
We can, we just avoid to do it.
He looked like he didn't want to own it
Best part of the song
Falsetto. Brian Wilson was also shy
It's called falsetto
If you ever wanted to know what life was like in CA the early 60's just listen to The Beach Boys music. They tell the story!
I grew up right outside of San Diego, and yes, that's what our lives were like! We lived 10 miles from the beach!
The beach boys fun fun fun classic song from the sixties good music
I dedicate this song to my all time favorite race car driver Danica Patrick!!! It reminds me so much of her!!!!! She walks, looks and drives like an Ace!!! That is because she is an Ace Car Driver!!!!! Go Danica!!!!
I was 12 years old when I fell in love with their sound. ❤ listening now I know why that hasn’t changed.
I have a much older brother and 2 older sisters I was raised on rock and roll I remember these songs very well
This is The Beach Boys at their absolute best.
That's debatable. Mike could only hold a microphone and had a high nasally tone. He was no singer because he couldn't hold a note past one bar... Maybe. Lousy singing voice, very abrasive. Carl should have done all the early leads...
I was A huge beach boy fan made me want to go to California!!!
Hello! How are you doing today! Please pardon me for intruding into your privacy but I just wanted to know if you're a fan!.. Stay safe
Honored to not only be in the audience--sitting with Marilyn, Diane and Ginger--but be their associate and friend--now spanning 55 years. Was with BW when he was writing this BB classic and with them when they recorded it.
Gay
One of the best live bands of the era.
I strongly disagree. They WERE the best!
@@rotunda57 Better than the Beatles???
@@clarkewi Well alright, tossup here.
yes of course
beatles no vocal no harmony@@clarkewi
After all these years, they still bring tears to my eyes.
i love beach boys
yes
I was in California in 1964 as a foreign exchange student. This was the real California dream, the sun, the suntanned girls, the trip to Ensenada, the bars in Tijuana, the music, the music, the Beach Boys will live forever. Listening to Surfer Girl never fails to raise gooseflesh!
That's awesome!
It was even better to live there all the time. I grew up in San Diego County, 10 miles from the beach, and it was amazing.
@@davidwesson9277 Seems like anyone with a variation of the name "Jerry" has all the best memories.
These guys had the power to open another dimension, when you listen to them inevitably you start remembering some nice moment in your life. What drug can do that?
When I was 16 I wore the grooves off that record !!!
Brian and Dennis, Carl and Mike-AND AL Jardine!!!
Go Rock n Roll!, today Nov.2023!
God I love the beach boys so much. Such an awesome, unforgettable group of dudes
Absolutely my favorite Beach Boy songs from the 60’s!
Just so good to hear from them life goes on lucky enough we can algetogther
Chewing gum and dancing. What a stud.
went to their concert in Melbourne for my 21st birthday! Sat on my brothers shoulders the whole time. Will never forget it!
Hello dear,how are you doing?
Got to see them twice in concert in Ottawa in 60s
Hello! How are you doing today! Please pardon me for intruding into your privacy but I just wanted to know if you're a fan!.. Stay safe
Man I miss those days. To go back to the 60's again!
Ich hör diese Band seit über 40 Jahren, aber sie sind immer gewaltig !
Effing Jeeez! This wonderful, natural falsetto makes me wanna faint like a 60s teenage girl (and I'm a 52y.o, 7'', 420lb. dude...). Sheer and utter beauty!
Four hundred twenty pounds and only seven inches tall? Must have that trampoline physique.
Such a great song... simple yet genius lyrics! Funny thing is that apart from Dennis, none of them actually looked like your classic surfer dude ‘beach boys’ at all!
Well, the risque longer hair.
They weren't. That's why they didn't look it. Anybody that spends a lot of time in the Pacific Ocean has hair like Dennis'.
Dennis was the real Beach Boy. He surfed and spent his leisure time at the beach. And he suggested the name "Beach Boys."
@@JohnHoulgate Dennis was my favourite beach boy, he always looked like a genuine fun guy, followed by Carl...nobody on this earth can sing "God only Knows" like Carl...R.I.P....Brothers...so sadly missed...♥️♥️
The Beach Boys and the film, The Endless Summer sparked my interest in surfing.❤️The Beach Boys, the All American Band!
I saw them after , believe it or not, a Padres game vs the Phils back in the early '60's.
This song can really take control of you and make you dance
Brian Wilson😍😍😍the love i have for you!!!!
Anna Maireiki The love I have for JEW???

確かタイヤか何かのCMソングで使われてたような、、、
この映像は生歌ですね、ブライアンのファルセットも鳥肌もの
Always one of my favorite groups
One of my first bands I really loved when I was kid growing up in the 70s. They made me dream of California then at that time.
I grew up in Southern California in the 60's and 70's. Best place ever.
@@davidwesson9277 Lucky you, I would have liked to go to Laurel Cannon were it was all happing music wise, also to drive along Ventura Highway and on to the Pacific Highway...wearing my hippy clothes, beads, bracelets, hats, etc...loved the southern california sound...but I live in the UK...I only got there in my dreams...🇬🇧✌️❤
The Beach boys are legend!!!!!
He took his gum out for the last vocal part 🤣
THEY rule, simple as that!
When I hear the beach boys I just know that summer is a round the corner.
Back when you wore your work outfit to a rock concert.
Hahaha I’m dead!
.....as many fans apparently dislike Mike Love, it was Mike Love who assisted and offered many lyrics and great 'hitches' to every song that 'Brian wrote' (pre pet sounds)
It's FUN FUN FUN Movin Dancin' and Getting Into This Thrilling Good Song Oh YEAH! 👍😆 🎶
