Every riders are different but for me, YAMAHA IS THE BEST 2020 and the bike i purchased. I tried the 2020 ktm, didn't liked it, same day tried the kx450 2019, and was feeling like its the same bike but green with q little more horse power than the orange, and after on shootout, without even trying the bike, i went with the brand i know and trust. Happy that yamaha figured out there chassis and engine. by the way another reason why you youtubers should think blue, because on all the 2020 shootout, if yamaha isn't first it ends up second, but mostly first. So combining all the magasine its first. by the way, its the best package for the regular consumer, i can understand that for a pro, that doesn't matter because they will change almost all the bike.
I bought one also..love it. My Yamahas always help up WAYYY better than other brands I've owned too.. I'm super happy with mine..only complaint is the clutch pull is too dang stiff
What's with the watermark on the footage? Afraid someone will steal screenshots or segments of the video? That's kinda amateur hour. Kind of like the guy who blocks his car plate with his thumb in his Craigslist ad.
I am an old school 2-stroke guy, but I never had a problem with a cable clutch, (that I could not fix), and that was before the finger wheel adjuster at the end of the cable was used. If the clutch pull was a bit too stiff for our liking, we would do 2 things. 1) cut the lever arm at the cases in half, and weld in a piece making it 10mm longer. 2) we would slide our levers toward the center of the bars, so we were grabbing the end of the lever. That would also help protect the lever in a crash, as the bar now sticks out further than the lever. I am sure I would like the hydraulic clutch as long as it never leaked, but like electric start on a 250 2-stroke, I don't need it. That is on a 2-stroke also, and I used the clutch a lot more than used today of 4-strokes. It was not that long ago when everybody said, "When is Yamaha going to go with an air fork?" If people demand it, they will all switch to hydraulic clutches I am sure, but it is the price of the bike that is hurting the sport the most. The hydraulic clutch I can do without, but I want that Yamaha suspension. :)
