I didn’t think much of the place when I made the video, but now after completing it I think it is a very attractive place. Needs updating, electric hooked up etc. But that deck could be a real fun place to hang with that view. A smoker and BBQ… 😎
Hey Brad, my wife and I watch your videos each week and enjoy them. Some constructive criticism, if you are zooming in or if you are in low light keeping the camera movement to a minimum or using very slow pans can make the video a lot more enjoyable for the audience. At times because the low light and camera frame rate it can be a little motion sickness inducing when watching on a TV at home. Have a great holiday!
I’ll watch it…. Also just bought a great portable LED light. That will help. The cost to keep on the service in most places is about €30/month. I wish they could dig deep and just leave the service on. Can you imagine trying to sell this to a prospective buyer on a tour if it was a rainy day you wouldn’t be able to see anything or check anything.
I think you are doing a fine job on these tours. My inly request would be to show where parking is and give viewer an idea as to the number of steps required to get to a vehicle. Helps those of us who can do stairs now but may want to plan for the future
Since you asked. We would like to know if there is a train station within walking distance. You mentioned population- we always need that. Distance to nearest airport. And my husband wants to know how far to golf. ❤. Grazie da Texas come sempre
Train is a 10 min bus ride. FCO (Rome) airport is about 75 mins by car or 90+- train. Not sure on golf but google maps could lay out all the courses. But it is a hill top town so not walking distance! ⛳️
Thanks! Hope you had a great Holiday. Personally I’d offer €80K and have them clean the place out and start fresh. With lights on and fresh paint and clean look it would be great. Get that deck in order and it would be incredible.
Nice home. I would have loved to see if the roof was flat and could be used recreationally and to have seen what the house looks like from the outside. I enjoyed this post tremendously. Thank you.
Outside was that first bit of the video…. The still shot with house details. Not much to see on the back side. For sure the roof wasn’t intended to be used for recreation. That 400 Sq foot deck that I showed was a lot of entertaining space! Thanks for watching! Brad
I would like to know a bit about the age (history) of the property as well as healthcare in the area . In an area with about 3,000 years of written history, that would be interesting. Maybe a bit about utility cost. Mass transport hubs are important. Things to do in the area that do not necessarily involve alcohol. ;). Is the internet sufficient for remote work?
You got it. I’m going to start doing videos again for 2024. I’ll make sure these things are talked about. And remember…. Bars are for coffee mainly here! Like a coffee shop. They make some cocktails and spritz in the afternoon. But mainly it’s espresso, pastries and sandwiches. Also usually cigs and lottery! 🥳🥳
Haven’t seen one yet or even signs of poop etc. Saw one rat dead in the street in Pienza that had been hit by car… but I also saw a Hedgehog which I had never seen before. That was cool. Oh and I saw TWO different “Spinosa” which are like porcupines but even bigger. The quills came up above the hood of my SUV when it walked in front me. It was as big as a medium dog!!
Most of the buildings in Ripi historic center date back 300 years or more… that’s a lot of years and they are all still there. Of course anything can happen I guess.
Views are worth a lot in these ancient towns... Thanks for the show Brad!
You are welcome! Thanks for watching.
Hi Brad & Claudia! I ❤ seeing you collaborating together on these videos!😊
Good realtor and good friend now. 5 languages fluently. Still blows my mind!
Thank you 🎉Nice size. Excellent condition. The terrace and price make it so attractive. 🤣🌹

This one is great especially for the price that outdoor deck is awesome, not an itdy bity balcony 👍
It was big. Imagine that view in some place like US or Australia with that deck…. You’d be talking about an expensive house.

Thank you for everything Brad!!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family!!
You are welcome!!
the real estate lady is very cute
Yes. That is a fact.
Gorgeous views!
Imagine where you live, how much it would cost to have a view like that! If it was even available to have… ❤️🇮🇹

I try to cover everything every video but sometimes I forget! Usually within 100m in these old historic town videos.

Not a bad deal. Needs a little love but for the price of admission and the killer deck you have a place.Happy holiday to you and yours and the boys.

Tons of potential! Love the video, Claudia helps... lol
She never hurts!! 🤪
Nice apartment! I would like to know how the weather is in summer and winter. Also is there a website to find out what the property tax values are?
Looks like quite a climb
I live in a different hilltop town. It keeps you active. Maybe that’s why there is so many 80+ years old here in Italy that are living active lives.
Does this have a garden? How is public transport in these towns? Thanks for the great videos.

Do you find these old places have rats? Specially in the Cantinas?

Where the 3rd bedroom?
It’s there. Watch again
Would you need a car to live there?
There are local buses. Train station is
Moderate earthquake means you can't live there anymore.
