Sir. You are AWESOME! Your advise is very valuable. This is the best way to approach the dream of ownership in Italy. Specially small town living. Thank you for what you do👍
Wise advice securing a temporary rental before buying. That’s what I plan to do. There are multiple areas I dream of living, but you really have to spend time in these places to know what area is right for you.
Love it that you are doing these videos on rentals, definitely the smartest way to go before purchasing a home in Italy. Great advice, and like seeing the listings too. Thanks again for always showing interesting properties and providing important info. Bravo
Thanks Brad, for the videos on Italy. Each one is unique and getting better. I’d love to know the music on the intro to this video (and the one on Pitigliano Italy). Couldn’t seem to source it via google or Shazam. If you can share it, thanks so much.
Thank you, Brad- this was so helpful! Your videos are getting to be so polished and really a delight to watch- I even appreciate that you change up the music in your intros....You get right to the important info, no side stories and I find that wonderful. Grateful for the tip to come in the off season for deeper savings...thanks again!!
Brad just wanted to bring to your attention that somehow your voice is not syncronized with your lips. Also i made a comment here earlier regarding your rentals but now i cant find it anymore. ( weir)
is there any way to know if the owner of the rental is an Italian individual vs a corporate investor? renting for a month a year would be most logical for my circumstances. grazie

100% agree on renting first. While we have been to Italy 6 or so times we want to explore different areas before buying something.
Thank u. Lucca is our first love. I like the second apt. Nice. Montepulciano is another option to recharge. 😍

Thank you Brad. Looking forward to more videos on renting in urban centers. Cheers. 👋🏻
