Which boss fights do you like more? Original or Remake?
I would say original, mostly because the new dk takes too much to hit the switches and isn't that much of a threat.
Also, I prefer the overall polish of the original and the new Dk looks off for some reason

I have played both versions, but I will say I prefer the original. Remake is good, but DK is a little off during the boss battles.

In the remake in the end cutscene after you beat the DK Mech they also removed one of the mini marios saying "monkey man"
The DK mech having the symbol gave it that "cartoon supervillain" charm, wish it stayed.
The Mini Mario Toys are so cute in 3D, no wonder why Donkey Kong wants one

Original still holds the charm. Both Mystic Forest and Twilight Town boss seems a bit nerfed in the remake

This gameplay genuinely annoys me because you are playing a little bit too well, making it barely possible to see what some of these bosses do at points
So basically you are annoyed because he is good at playing it's also easy to tell what dk does in each boss fight grow the hell up and quit complaining over nonthing

I prefer the crunchy sound design and Mario's expanded voice lines from the original but dammit that ending in the new one is great. I much prefer Donkey just being defeated instead of throwing a fit. Feels better for when Mario gives him one and is more in character, imo.

I have played both versions and they’re both great in its own right. I slightly like the original version than the remake, but the remake has great moments as well and I like it.

I feel the remake tones it down way too much, i feels lifeless plus the music is way too soft for example the first final fight i hated it gosh it was sooo plain
