- Here are eight AWESOME valuable nickel errors that you should be looking for in your pocket change! I discuss their values, what makes them worth money, and the different price points based off of condition. Everything is 1963 or newer, so these coins definitely could be lurking in circulation around you! I avoided mint set coins, proof set coins, or other ones that really waste time when remembering things and instead focus on eight ones that people really look for as well as some additional advice on these errors. You welcome my fellow collecting colleague . The common denominator in us true collectors is that we do not see dollar value first nor do we lash out towards others who don’t know particular things . We answer questions that are repetitive and are not condescending towards anyone because each new collector wants knowledge . Personal interest trumps dollars regardless of income any day .

Hey Christian and one more thing when explaining the re-punching of the mint marks you should’ve added in that they stopped re-punching the mint mark into the die starting in 1990 show 1989 is the last year you can find re-punched immense

Hello Christian, this is Christian. I have the 2004 S Peace nikel and the entire reverse is doubled, it was put in circulation, but i believe it will still gade out around a MS-63. Would it be worth getting it graded. I know the production was only 3, million

I did find a ddr on the 2005 Bison nickel, and on the Obverse Jefferson looks like a tear is fall from the corner of his eye

Hey Christian when you are explaining to people how to look for double dies you should not use the word shell thing cause that is a word we use when we are explaining machine doubled coins to people but great video can’t wait to see what comes out next

Thanks for the video, I didn't know about a lot of these. The only nickel varieties I've found are the 1941 large S, a 1953-s w/ a pretty noticeable lamination on the reverse and a 1937-D buffalo rpm.

Who's making the rules if you find something with a mistake on it whether it's famous or not it should have the same value as one that is famous because that's how it got famous in the first that's clear doubling each one of these channels is contradicting eachother the bottom line is the mint wasn't supposed to mistakes so if there is a mistake and you can actually see it with the naked eye and it's obvious then it should be automatically have 10 times the value

DEAR GOD, can't you find ones that are worth some that are worth in the thousands instead of 10, 20 30 nickels. It's not worth the time to look for these nickels
They are not worth the time and if you are going to go crazy why don't you i put up COINS that are worth a lot more money. I love looking for COINS for years and believe me it takes time and patience to sit down and look for COINS worth money, not a nickel that's worth really nothing.

You are not doing to good with talking about coins you need to explain about double die and a machine slip that are worthless and you have a vary hard time saling the coins because their not in the book you intend to do good but you are not I going to just stop know because I go on.
