I was teaching a buddy of mine, who was Left handed.... He watched me getting bull eyes after bulls eye and being coming frustrated with his results [he was a new shooter] he said that it was easier for right handers to shoot... So I took his bow and talked to him about stance, draw, hold, and release with a follow thru and proceeded to shoot three bulls eyes shooting left handed. He then started to listen to me........ You most often learn from some else when you begin shooting...... I had a good teacher when I began....... Eventually I was a State CHampion, Pin Sight Fingers..... That was the beginning of my bowhunting 35 years ago.... I still have a range in my basement 15 yards to keep up my form. I'm 73 years old. Took State when I was 35. I really enjoy your hunts..... This last season I opened up the season opening day with a nice eight pointer about 140 lbs and a month later I backed it up with a nice doe.

Great range practice. I am able to practice out to 60 yards at home which is nice to be able. I learned a trick to keep track of where the arrows hit the target. I number my arrows with a marker and check which order I shoot them in.

I do the same thing I drop when I get tired, I'm the worst traget shooter. But we half to do it... I'm gonna subscribe, and see how you do this year. I'm getting ready for ELK season right now, and I've made a few changes to my bow as well this year, hopefully it all works out, keep up the good work, this is coming to you from Washington State.....🎯✌️

I've done the same type of sighting in until I saw a video where an archer basically made a plus sign with tape on a target. He then focused on only the vertical until all of his ranges hit the up and down tape. He then repeated the same steps until all of his arrows hit the horizontal tape. All at specific ranges. That way you are not subconsciously making corrections to hit a specific target, or bullseye. It really does work. It takes minor adjustments that your brain might make out of the equation.

Wow, what a nice place too.. I'd love a yard like that where I could set up my archery range.. And even more impressive is that it's a female shooting that well at 40yrds. Sorry to say, it's a male hobby 9 out of 10 times, especially the bowhunting side of it....
Moving to Saskatchewan in a year or two and hopefully it's a little more "real" meeting like minded people than here on the "left" coast, ahem.. Here in Vancouver Island... Cheers guys, have fun!

You have a great release! You do! If anything I would let the wrist strap do its job and let the bow just pivot forward after the shot by loosening up on your grip a tad. You already shoot great and by doing that it will only get better. I love your videos! You’re an inspiration to many young ladies out there.

I just upgraded my stabilizer setup and my arrow setup. Got a custom bow equipment hunting torx dual stabilizer setup with an 11 inch front bar and 7 inch rear bar that I nearly have dialed in. My new arrows are the easton axis 5mm in a 400 spine with the factory 3 fletch although I'd like to try a 4 fletch. Also I know the struggles of not having an operational drivers window, it really sucks. Especially now with most restaurants only doing drive thru or curbside delivery.

If you plan on hunting with the lighted nocks shoot your bow through paper again because its a different nock and if its not a bullet check to see if there's any nock pinch since the nock is slighter bigger than the "x" nock.

How do you find going from a kisser button to without one? I wonder if I'll have one for my next bow. I'm used to it, even if it does take a bit of speed off the string.. Used to it as a solid anchor point.. Will I shoot as consistently without one? I'd love to hear you expand on it, what the toughest things were to get used to?.. and if it made you less accurate at first?, ect..
