For the people who keep saying Plug the ports. If you look closely you'll see a clear plastic container covering the ports with sides on them

Finding a supplier with the ethanol, friendly accelerator pump will save you a lot of headaches. Ethanol and carburetors Don’t mix well!
The only place I could find one in the area was at O'Reilly's.
I'd consider putting something over those intake openings. Wonder if ethanol damaged it.
If you look closely, you will see clear plastic tray covering those ports
If you ever make another video you should talk louder. You should have changed the orange diaphram while you were in there!

50 cc pumps more fuel into the carburetor. 30 cc is just fine.
