When I was a teenager I was fortunate enough to meet a lady who was about my grandma's age and loved the theater. She ushered at theaters in Windsor and Detroit and invited my sister and I to help at Windsor Light Opera plays. We would help at 5 shows of each play (they only did 6 shows per play) She was also on the list for theaters in Detroit and sometimes set things up for us to help over there. I count myself blessed to have seen traveling productions of Les Miserables, Evita and Miss Saigon for free. Les Miserables was the most amazing and the music is still heartbreaking to me but so is the story. I have paid to go see plays but during my volunteer years I saw at least 15 different plays for free and many concerts.
How can you not like this guy? I mean his enthusiasm is absolutely contagious! I’m convinced he could read the white pages and make it riveting. On an unrelated note, everyone under age 20 is probably like “what are the white pages?”.
