Hi Tom, Thanks for watching! They are called a shemagh. You can get them at military surplus stores. There is a website called Tactical Taylor that carries them.
For the Raptor I'd worry about the load. This thing weighs like 400kg dry, pretty sure the Raptor would be riding down on the bumpstops with that much weight on the back without doing something with the suspension.
Talking to my brother, there are three choices...you can get a two sleeper (stove and sink are inside), a 4 sleeper (stove and sink deleted to make room for two more occupants), both are decked out with everything, and the basic shell which is about half the cost of the other two...

The way he has his camper set up is around $32,000...then he did some suspension mods to his truck...All said and done done, around $37,000

Yes, it's a bit of a tetras puzzle...but, he was able to get the pump nozzle into the tank while parked next to the diesel pumps.
