      The beading needles have a long slot that you could put any size yarn in. I used to make lots of jewelry. That's how I know about the needles.❤️🙂❤️

    Very pretty. Haven't seen that yarn at my store. I've done beaded crochet twice. Made cowls for me and my mom using Vanna's choice glamor and seed beads.

    That is very cool. I have croched with beads before. I did it on shawls. I made the mistake of using the wrong size beads with my yarn. Needless to say it does not work. I think I will try it again using my 2 or 3 weight yarn see if they work. I did use the same method loading them on. I have a ton of beads so now I am inspired to try it again. I think it would also be fun to use that type of yarn and beads on the brim of a beanie hat. I remember using a different lighter weight yarn which did not match very well then tried crocheting the matching yarn over that to hide it. Where there is a will there is a way lol. It is a lot of work though so I have not done it in years. Time to try again Since I have a lot of beads.

    I haven’t ever seen that yarn at our Dollar trees and I haven’t ever used beads in crochet because I didn’t know how you put them on. So I think you put them all on the yarn you are using and then you just kept pushing them down your working yarn as you keep using yarn and then you place the beads as needed? Thanks for showing this and I loved how yours turned out!! Much Love and blessings ❤️

    Funny, from your thumbnail I thought you did a Christmas tree! 😂 like you weaved the strand back and forth onto something for wall art!
    Can you show how to put beans on as you go instead of preloading. I can’t imagine how you would add beads as you crochet.

      Lol!!! That is a great idea!!! It does look like a wall 🌲! I can for sure do another cid on adding beads as you go.

    The end result is very pretty, but you totally lost me with this tutorial. It would have been nice to see how you got started adding the beads. Also, for demonstration purposes, a smooth yarn would have shown the stitches better. Were the translucent beads you used glass or plastic? Your said something about Czech glass. We’re you referring to these beads? I’m a beginner so I guess everything has to be spelled out for me..

      @AffordablyCrafty  3 роки тому

      Broella- these are plastic “pony bead” type. I had said to not spend a ton of 💰💰on fancy glass beads. I can do another with smooth yarn for sure. Thanks so much for the helpful feedback
