How the '21 Day Nervous System Tune-Up' helped a new mom

  • As a ‘21 Day’ member and somatic practitioner, Anja Bergh explains in this clip that we can live relatively ‘functional’ lives as adults without realizing we’re actually in a state of deep dysregulation. But when we have children, it’s typical that our unresolved survival stress gets mirrored in our relationship with them. In this sense, raising our children can be a source of re-traumatization (and a continuation of generational cycles of trauma) OR a catalyst for our own healing (and the healing of generations to come). But we must recognize this as OUR PROBLEM (not theirs), and WE must do the work.

    Hi, i have just latched on to somatic therapy and your channel for a month now, and I just watched The Matrix Resurrection, and the scene with The analyst mirrors the exact states of vagal flux to perfection, and how we are all tied together threw our emotions that can be easily manipulated. I found it very relevant in giving scene to a lot of your explanations on CPTSD.
