Enjoy homemade donuts with your family.
I like the custard cream that I can make by adjusting the sweetness to suit my taste.
If you take a bite, it has a lot of cream~ It's a healing taste.^^
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) weighing.
[8 pieces of 9cm]
✤ Dough Ingredient
-350g Bread flour
-1egg room temperature
-160ml Warm milk
-40g Room temperature unsalted butter
-50g (5tbsp) Sugar
-6g (2tsp) Salt
-6g Yeast (1tbsp flat)
✤ Custard cream
-3egg Yolks
-300ml Milk
-20g Unsalted butter
-40g Sugar
-20g Flour(any kind)
-2pinches Salt
-8-10drops Vanilla essence
✤ TIP
-You can use plain flour, but the bread flour is softer.
-You can have strawberry jam or whipped cream instead of custard cream.
-You can use sugar powder instead of sugar on the outside of the donut.

Dough Ingredient in cups:
2 cups + 3tbsp flour
1 egg
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp warm milk
40g room temperature butter
5tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
Custard ingredient in cups:
3 egg yolks
1 cup + 1/4 cup milk
20g butter
3 tbsp + 1tsp sugar
2 tbsp any flour
2 pinches salt
about a squirt of maple syrup

Just some tips:
-dont interfere with the doughs shape after it rises before you put it in the oil
-make sure the sides are smooth otherwise the bits that are not smooth will come out
-make sure the donuts shape is not a full on ball and it's a donuts shape otherwise it will take wayyy longer to cook the inside

In Czechia we call this "koblížek", and you can buy these bad boys everywhere. Usually they are filled with marmalade, than they started also making these with vanilla cream and chocolate cream. DELICIOUS 😌👌. It's so popular around here that there is even fairytale dedicated to it. Literally the main character is "koblížek" (the origin is from Russia but.. whatever).

Un petit conseil pour que la creme prenne plus rapidement et ne fasse pas de grumeaux faites melangez la farine ou le feculant de maïs (épaississant) avec les oeufs et le sucre avant d'y ajouter le lait tiède et aussi 😘 pour la quantité de sucre que vous mettez dans la creme patissiere vous pouvez la diviser en deux soit : un demi dans le mélange des oeufs et l autre moitié dans le lait a préchauffer . Essayez cette methode vous ne le regretterez pas. Bisous
oui vous avez raison et, même, on conseille de mélanger avec un peu de lait froid. Bien cordialement à vous.
