How would you rate the style of wrist curling of Levan. Is it the hardest way to do it and is it that much different from flat wrist curls/other variations?
my wrists pop when i do this all the time and it feels bad its like grinding the joint and i dont wanna hurt myself, even if i go really light like 5kg my muscles can handle it no problem at all but my joints dont like it at all it keeps VISIBLY popping in and out how do i fix this?

One needs to curl in both directions from neutral curling inside and outside.
ı think the second position gives injury easily more than first
I think that in incline position we need more grip power, but normal version all the weight stands on the bottom of the palm

Yeah it is slightly difficult i dont know science about that but gravity make the role in it thats why it is is difficult

warm up and progressive overload, ur tendons just are not used to this exercise
