I'm sure there will; there just hasn't been much competition in Novus as of late. I've fixed the issue with the runs having low volume for the future though.
You need to touch the left or right half of an enemy's hitbox to gain velocity to the left or right respectively (while **NOT holding left/right** when you're hit/boosting as that sets your velocity to a fixed value instead). A good first area to practice in is the initial hallways past morph, as it is pretty reliable to jump into a falling skree to save a little bit of time. With enough practice, you should be able to find opportunities to damage boost off of enemies throughout the run.
