Metroid: Zero Mission - Alternate Way to Get Difficult Missile in Ridley's Lair (READ DESCRIPTION)

The missile is located where I fall through the floor at the left wall of the room, where I shoot up at in the beginning of the video.
Typically you get this missile by laying a bomb where I laid a Power Bomb, and racing around the disintegrating blocks to get to the end where the missile is (where I fall through the floor). Instead of laying a bomb, lay a Power Bomb. The block destruction is not very consistent, but it's much easier to work around than risking falling through the floor because you were too slow. I do it twice to show that it is not very consistent.
I have not seen this strategy used before, so I do apologize if this is old news. It was new to me, so I figured I'd share just in case.
I consider this a viable strategy for casual players.

Doing this in your first time through ridley is much more fun though! Either way though, had no clue this was a thing. Very cool!

I didn't do it this way and started racing the blocks in morph ball and quick timed gravity jumps lol
