I use a dish towel instead of paper towels to catch the water from the lid. Thank you for showing this. I love making this but I have to wait for cool weather to do it. Now i can make it any time. I love your channel. 💕

I absolutely love this recipe I will be trying it in the crockpot and I love the tip with the paper towels you see you learn something new every day I bought that meat chopper about three years ago and I love it and yes it is very sturdy it will last years just love all of your videos thank you for giving me another meal to try in the crockpot also I love your shirt you are such a wonderful person may God bless you
This looks delicious. I never had it with cheese on top. And the Sheppard's pie was always made by the man of the house. Ours was put in a 15x17x3in pan cuz it was 3-4 people here and with 2 men with appetites and then taking it to work we needed a big pan. We had it half corn and half green beans. It was delicious and maybe lasted a week. This is just up my alley,, simple and DELICIOUS 😋. Thank you Catherine for another delicious recipe 💗

great idea, if you substituted the potatoes with biscuit mix or grands type biscuits on top you would have a family sixed pot pie.

I like using the crockpot liners(found by the baggies and foil at grocers). It makes clean up a breeze!

I am making this right now, looks so simple easy yum yum i can tell this is going to come out just as stated. Did buy a meat masher a while ago, works beautifully for lots of meats. This is my 1st shepperd pie ever.

Haven’t made this in a long time. Never made it in the crockpot. Will be trying this. I always put cheese on top. When I dish out my serving I put a blob of sour cream on top

never I had with cheese I am going make it with cheese in crocpot I am doing this recipe Thank you for your recipes I make lasagna stuffed shells and your lasagna and the chicken perm and your creamy choc pie and that was best choc cream pie a made the 1st time I made a coconut cream and it came good I am going do your apple pie thank you
