- Mega Man Zero debuts "The Ultimate Disrespect" series, where I'm blatantly playing with my food in a boss rush (taking no damage) for the sake of both entertainment and breaking away slightly from what's considered "optimal" to explore options. If something performed confuses you, please ask before assuming the worst.

The thing I've always found fascinating about X and, particularly, Zero, is that these two robots were made centuries ago and still compete (often, easily) with "hyper-advanced" futuristic bots. Unlike X, Zero doesn't REALLY evolve. X is variable, can grow infinitely, but Zero's improvements were done by Wily or some version of him. Once Wily is gone, that's it. Zero stagnates. And has stagnated for centuries. And yet despite never really being upgraded, still stands head and shoulders over every enemy he faces even hundreds of years of evolution into the future. And seeing videos like this really puts that into perspective how insane that is, that such an old robot is so well-designed that it can remain a freaking blender compared to all future robots so far after its time.
yeah but it only applies to X series, the body zero is using here is defo new and more advanced.

@@FaptaA The body he's using in the Zero series is newer, yes, but his heart is the same. In that sense, it could be said that the core of who Zero is remains somehow far more capable than modern mechs even if his powerful body is taken from him.
Think of it like a top-tier gamer wiping the floor with casuals while playing the game on Donky Kong bongos. Even with a huge handicap, Zero is still miles ahead of modern mechanics.
@@gagejoseph91 I agree with most part! Just wouldn't compare wiping out casuals with donky kong bongos because he does get better gear and his body is really advanced. But his core never changed.
It's even crazier when you remember the disrespect he canonically dished out.
-He beat Phantom so badly he resorted to suicide. It didn't do shit.
-Like this video showed, he beat Copy X so badly he went as far as to call him trash compared to the original X, who need I remind you Zero didn't even remember at this point in the story.
-Beat Elpizo who was amped by the Dark Elf, aka the same thing that Thanos snapped the Maverick Virus in an instant.
-Beat up Omega in a three stage boss fight, the third of which was Omega using Zero's original body which was then amplified by the Dark Elf. He literally ran his own pockets. His own Dark Elf amplified pockets.
-Looked at the immortal and unkillable Weil dead in the eye, basically went "Alright, bet", and folded him so hard he died anyway. While on a collapsing space station in orbit that was on a crash course for a settlement. In less than two minutes.
Zero is a true chad.

Going from losing to Aztec Falcon several times and relying on my Buster to defeat him on my first playthrough, only to rip him apart with charged sword swings on my second playthrough was so cathartic.
Damn, my G really grinded all the way to charged sword before aztec falcon.
I remember being afraid to fight Harpuia without the Ice chip. Nowadays, I can beat him pretty much a charged saber and a one star buster pretty easily.
This video is what I like about most video games learning all the skills and techniques the enemy uses to the point you can beat them pretty easily and flex on them.
@@fdg2208 But the bosses weren't all that challenging to begin with. I mean, all their moves were pretty much predictable and easy. And once you find lil tricks 'n loopholes, beating 'em would be a cinch without even having to rely on charged attacks. I remember completely demolishing Fafnir (NOT Fefnir) by just spamming saber slashes (or rod pokes) every time he flinched on the hardest difficulty lmfao! He practically couldn't do anything aside from flinching every time. 😂 And this goes for the other bosses as well. First Zero game was so busted when bosses can be multi-hit spammed lol!
Note, that the hardest difficulty in the first Zero game prevents weapon rank ups. Which makes weapon charged attacks impossible to perform.
@@Evil_Beauty Megaman Zero true cheat weapon is the spear to being with, a lot of people don’t like it but dam even the final for of copy X go down easily with that spear 🤣 😂
I don’t do no damage run or the like normally, the only two time I did it for fun was to fight Omega from MMZ3 and ZX, I really love that boss. 😅
@@zerotsolar9742 Ikr? I didn't even have to move around a lot when fighting Copy X lol! I just straight up walk up to him and slash/poke him every time he tries to recalibrate his moves lol... I never gave him the chance to breathe that it felt like I was bullying him instead of fighting him. 😂

I absolutely lost it at the Maha Ganeshariff humiliation. Man got absolutely rolled, and everything, right down to the up stab on the Triple Rod was sheer perfection lmao.
Sometimes I wonder, in another timeline, instead of speedruning, people embrace the idea of stylishrun a game, and Zero Series happens to be the absolute staple of Stylish run example.
Caus boi, this is some 💯🔥 performance.

Those Triple Rod bounces on Anubis and Copy X were hilarious!! 🤣🤣🤣
Maybe it's just because of those annoying walls and his leaving the screen, but I feel like Anubis Nercomance held his own the longest out of all of them.
I mean yeah. In the time it takes those walls to finish up so Anubis can come back and be vulnerable again, Magnus could have killed an entire other boss. Per wall attack.
It's ironically funny how Anubis can leave the screen but Zero can't lol... It's as if Zero isn't allowed to leave the screen when there's literally nothing stopping him lol! 😆

This is how Zero fought canonically, terrifying fighting ability.
It's only terrifying because he has free, unprogrammed adaptable movement from the player controlling him. If any of the bosses he fought against can move and adapt the same/similar way Zero did when fighting them, then he would be in BIG trouble lol! Sadly, these bosses are limited to repeating the same predictable moves due to their programming. Would've been a much better challenge if they weren't.
@@Evil_Beauty That's kind of the point, because they have to make it possible for the 'human' player to recreate the scenario? Lol. You're supposed to live up to being Zero by 'getting gud'. Same as how Dante taunts every demon, but absolutely demolishes them. This a century old bot that's destroying other bots known for only their gimmicks.

@@azureoverdrive Well, X was weak in the first game because he hadn't reached his full potential. But Zero on the other hand, he was already strong from the start. I mean lol... Zero literally blew vile's armored arm off with a medium charged shot... but now you're telling me Zero couldn't beat vile a SECOND time who was using the SAME armor where Zero blew off his arm like he did during his FIRST encounter lol?
Ciel can be one of the best scientists in the world, but why did she had to make the *BOi* so weak, X was the guy who beat a virus that came back 8 times... and yet, Copy X can't a pogo stick

Experience I bet: Copy X was like a someone who was playing MMX for the first, but at least knowing the controls; whereas X was like someone who had gone through all the games.
@@kirimusse Exactly, Ciel even bothered to have Copy X built with weapons as Neo Arcadia needed a strong leader too. The talk that Zero had with Copy X was a mirror of the talk between Zero and X in the first X game, Zero giving his friend's copy hard facts about how strong and wise X became over the centuries and that he will never live up to him.
Well, Copy X was made to the same specs as the original X, but he was a completely different Reploid. The original X underwent 100 years of simulated morality training, then he joined the Maverick Hunters and eventually fought Sigma for several years before the development of the Mother Elf, then he lead a utopian city for a while, before he needed to sacrifice his body to seal away the Dark Elf. Copy X was just made, told "Hey, pick up where this last guy left off" and given the same authority X had with none of the experience, memory or morality. X had lived many lifetimes, while Copy X was practically a child in comparison.
@@jruler93 Agreed, humans were too dependent of X and rushed Ciel to create a copy of him without even testing his morality, very much the same mistake they made when Cain first found X and rushed to create the Reploids after him.
X was like a Classic Veteran who adapted to X's new gimmicks pretty quickly.

i refuse to believe this is not TAS, it’s so cool it’s unbelievable. i often find myself coming back to this video just to witness the disrespect in awe. this is what my 10yo self thought i looked like while playing, or if a zero anime/movie were to come out i expected zero to be this ruthless, or at least omega zero
