      After this diet, I think I will be able to keep it if I adjust the food well! If I don't control food any more, I'm going to gain weight no matter what diet.🥰💛

      생리기간에는 저도 아무리 식단을 잘 지켜도 감량이 안되더라구용ㅠㅠ 그럴때 진짜 스트레스 받죠😭 그래도 포기하지 마시구 힘내세용!! 🥰💛

      네😭😭 저도 밥 먹고 먹는 수박은 참 좋았는데 3일 동안 밥 대신 먹으니까 정말 힘들더라구용.. 딱 3일하기 좋은거 같아요ㅎㅎ

    I think this method depends on each people. I had read a news that there alot of sugar in watermelon so i think you'll lose weight if you just only eat enough, not full and do some short exercise

      Watermelon doesn't even have 20 calories per hundred gram though.

      @@valiummarbles317 but the point is that, its a lot of sugar in 20 calories 😅 if you try this diet, you'd add huge amount of sugar to your body in a day

      After diet, if you eating properly, weight does not increase. But if you eat binge or eat a lot of food, you have no choice but to go back...I do...😭

    I’ll also workout for 30-50 minutes.

    Weight: 68.9kg
    End: 5 September 2020 Saturday
    Height:170~172cm
    Weight: 66.3kg
    Workout Routine:
    Abs 3 set
    (The first day I only could do one set and on day 2&3 I did literally nothing)
    30 sec. plank
    15 rep. Leg raise
    15 rep. Crunches
    15 rep. Bicycle
    15 rep. Side Crunches L&R
    15 rep. Toe Touch
    15 rep. Seated Knee Up
    15 rep. Mountain Climber
    10 rep. Burpees
    15 rep. Russian Twist
    I’ll also do claves stretching/thinnig & Wall Leg Workouts(Only did the first day)

      When I was on a watermelon diet, I didn't exercise. I used Pilates for 50 minutes one out of three days, and it consumed about 250kcal.🥰💛

    눈만뜨면 수박먹는데 이틀에한통ㅋ유투브에 의사들은 과일당이많아서 과일도 살찐다고ㅜ뭘먹으라는건지??같은당이라도 인위적인 설탕도아닌데 특히수박은 소변보고나면 끝인데 먹으면안될까요?7키로 감량해야하는데 짜증나요ㅜ

      저도 과일은 당이 많아서 다이어트에 좋지 않다는 영상을 본적있는데, 빵이랑 밀가루를 먹는것보단 과일을 먹는게 좋다고 생각해용!!

      저는 얼굴이 원래 살이 있는편이에요.. 그래서 다이어트를 통해 얼굴살도 좀 빼고 싶은데 잘 안빠져요ㅠㅠ I have the original flesh on my face! So I want to lose weight on my face by dieting, but I can't lose it...😭

    Yes water melon has a lots of sugar😊 although it's water content but it's # 1 fruit that I need to avoid 😩 I follow LC but still I eat bread😅

      Yes... Because I was binge eating after this diet... No matter what diet, if I binge eating, the yo-yo will come right away...😭 But I will not give up and will go on a diet again!🥰💛
