I love the evil undertones here. Rowan is such a powerful entity that he literally brought one of his employees back to life so they'd never be able to escape Play Tech. This wasn't a miracle, it was a curse.
I want Bored x Soul Logic crossover where Rowan Lord of light cursed humanity with undeath so that they could work at playtech forever until going hollow...
Plot twist: all employees of Playtech are already dead and Rowan is the demon in charge of torturing them.

We should all take a moment to appreciate the effort this skit took to put together. Everyone in suits, in a church, lots of extras, with a real coffin. Love how far these guys have come from a couple of closet props to this kinda stuff.
You forgot the most important, and most difficult part, they killed Adam for your entertainment! Then they managed, three days later, to bring him back. That is dedication to the art of story telling and to YouTubing!
I've watched them since before they had all of these awesome resources and i can say, with confidence, i have LOVED every single video they have created. Some i won't watch again. But anytime you think they're finally gonna screw up and make something more cringe than funny, it just doesn't happen. These guys are great and they don't get stale

@Alex Luca dude, do you have idea how photoshop (or After Effects, or Maya etc) works? It would take more money and work to make this video CGI, than actually go to a church. Because to do it look axactly like this in CGI, it would take fricking lot of time only to render it. This is not a bunch of explosions, or some ships on horizont, lol - those people actually sits on the benches, and there are different shots, with proper lights and shadows.

At age 21, I was dying in a hospital after multiple surgeries, hooked up to machines and barely holding onto life. And my boss still kept calling me telling me to come in to work. This sketch is oddly relatable.
Not sure where you're from, but where I live. If my employer dared to call me into work after something like that and I was potentially dying. I'd sue the ever livin crap outah him if I recovered. On another note, glad to see you still around mate, hope you've recovered well! My condolences for the horrible boss.

But it sure does happen. I knew a lady who after surgery was given a note saying she could return to work if she didn't lift anything. First day back on the job her employer had her lifting heavy boxes.
That must have been horrible. What kind of a man is that manager? I guess is a real story since these guys did this sketch.

Sometimes I just love how absolutely insane the Boredverse is

I think Rowan has been Rodney in his body since the episode where Rodney was in Rowan’s car, and Rodney has been Rowan ever since then. This explains why prior to that episode, Rowan was knowledgeable about computers, Alan’s best friend, and not as much of an a$$hole. After that episode he went downhill. Rodney is an evil fae creature who tortures the employees for sport while not having the slightest clue about computers or normal social standards or morals, and Rowan actually sent Adam there and made the gold PlayTech shirt to get vengeance on Rodney for stealing his form.
It's a version of the Sim universe
And after they clock out they all play PUBG together like they're the best of friends, because they're all really good at separating their work and personal lives.

Imagine asking all those people, a church, and a priest if they could help with a fake funeral for a skit.
It's not actually that hard to find a church which is only used as architechtual monument. At least, outside the US.
In fact, I can point out 4 buildings in my close vicinity that used to be churches, are still decorated as a church, but are no longer in use as a church. It's very easy to rent it for a day, do a skit and leave things behind. Then the priest doesn't need to be a priest at all, a priest outfit is fairly easy to rent. The rest of the people can easily be friends and family, or simply a theatre group that is looking to do something else besides their regular plays. In fact, I think the hardest part about this skit was getting a proper casket.

@@Predated2 Well in Europe you have a rly hard time finding those, I know that there are for example only 4 in whole Germany and one is only allowed to be used as a concert hall.

@@morkaili Eh, a cathedral is hard to rent as they are often classified as historical landmarks and cant be altered easily, besides that, often they're still owned by a priest(who doesnt have to pay any taxes, so he can literally leave it there without having to pay anything). Churches really depend on who owns the building. Government or private owned churches are quite easy to rent for something. Hell, I have an active church in my region that only has a sermon on saturdays and choir on wednesdays. The rest of the week it can be rented for other activities.
Having a church being permanently altered to something else is a different matter. Turning a church into a concert hall takes a lot of architectual expertise, so its extremely hard to do so. Turning a church into a skate park, is easier to pull off, but still hard to do so without damaging the building. Renting the building for shooting a skit tho, probably wouldnt cost you more than 1000$ for a full day(which isnt much at all, a lot of locations can cost up to 10000$ a day)
