This was a great review! Thx for sharing. I have the older Outlast foundation and that one is pretty liquidy. I think the primer, concealer, foundation 3 in 1 is just a marketing gimmick and it is not full coverage. I really don't understand why companies can't just be real. Otherwise, it is not a bad foundation.

I hated this foundation... it was such a big disappointment for me and my skin. It emphasized all dry patches on my skin.

You are so lucky that you can get away without powdering your face , I would be a huge piece of lard in 30 min, and everything will rub off. It still looks good on you, even if you don't like it. But thank you for reviewing this foundation 💋. Never tried Cover Girl makeup.
