    Thank you for proving desert sand is not useless in concrete applications I was watching PBS program saying desert sand is useless, in construiction computers and metalurgy which is absolute nonsense to create a supply and demand blockade.

    Чтобы не ждать полдня один замес, то сначала приготавливается цементное тесто( намного быстрее перемешивается с водой и хим. добавкой) и уже в ньютоновскую жидкость кидаем песок, и очень быстро он вмешается.

    Very good material。the mixer is small, we make truck-mounted UHPC mixing plant, 5-13 cubic meters per hour, a vertical shaft planetary mixer, with diesel power and weighing. perfectly worked

    Hello, could you tell me please 1) what is the early strength you have for UPHC 100 mpa? 2) How much cement do you put there? Do you sell dry mix of UHPC from Germany?

      Hello Roman,
      Here are my answers to your questions:
      1) What is the early strength you have for UPHC 100 mpa?
      Most of our UHPC material qualities reach 70% of their max. Resistance after less than 48 hours. We also have Rapid UHPC grades that reach their rated strengths much faster. In addition, we can adjust the strength development on customer request during production of the UHPC binder.
      2) How much cement do you put there?
      What I can tell you is that our UHPC definitely includes cement, microsilica and superplasticizer. How much and in what quality is our trade secret.
      3) Do you sell dry mix of UHPC from Germany?
      Yes, we manufacture our UHPC products in Germany. Next year, new production facilities will be built in other countries.

      @@paulhyper2185 Dear Paul, thank you for the reply. From your description I understand that you bring desert sand to Germany and produce UHPC there. I assume it add up extra costs to the final product. May I ask you why don't you use some stone artificial sand available in Germany or neighboring countries?

      @@rheocoreoncrete7673
      We do not bring desert sand to Europe. In the first stage of development were we are now, we produce the UHPC desert sand binder in Europe and sending the binder worldwide to customers who have come across desert sand. In the second expansion stage, we will install UHPC desert sand binder production facilities on site in the countries with desert sand deposits.

    Water in first will stop the balls forming.

    • @Everfalling
      @Everfalling 3 роки тому

      No, water first makes partially saturated balls of material that are difficult to break up and mix because they slide past each other. Similar balls in a dry mixture will help themselves break up with enough mixing
