imagine you are going to a Electric Callboy show.. in your part of the world maybe a once in a lifetime experience. But instead of living the moment, sing an dance, have the best day of your live and party so hard like never before you decide to take your phone out an record the whole thing to put it on some crappy youtube clip, trying not to ruin your presious clip with some shakes oder motions from some dance moves. That is what we would call "nur dabei statt mittendrin" in german. Even more so as EC are masters of social media and they have clips of their shows all over the place... Opportunity wasted...
Imagine you aren't going to an Electric Callboy show. They're not coming anywhere near where you are, or you had tickets to the 2022 show that cancelled but you didn't grab 2023 tickets in time, or you planned on going but something came up at the last minute to prevent that. Now imagine you're bummed out and you go to the internet to find clips of the show you missed and every single one of them is either from the back of the room or the sound is atrocious or both. And you think to yourself, "wow, how does every live video of EC's have really shitty sound quality? Maybe I'm not missing anything by not being there." And then Andrew Williams's channel pops up with good videos. Not that this happened to me or anything, I saw them on Monday night. But you're arbitrarily deciding what's fun and what isn't. When I was at the show, I didn't go down front to sing, dance, crowdsurf and I had fun anyway. I would have had a terrible time if I'd been anywhere near the stage. That's not a party, that's a fucking trial, but it's nice to see that POV on video. Maybe Andrew likes putting these clips up for the less fortunate? Sure, EC is putting clips up but they're certainly not putting clips up from the night before and not from the audience.

Great video! Maybe it’s just the angle or sound occlusion but the crowd sounded super weak for how hype that would have been to see in person
I was at this show in person and genuinely it was the best crowd I’ve been a part of. A absolute party the entire night with everyone going crazy
