The colors are a distraction. Nothing wrong with seeing them, nothing wrong with not seeing them. Just don't focus on them continue to seek mushin no shin. This was one of the best presentations about seeing colors in meditation. Honors that everyone has their own experience and there are reasons for that.

I saw the colors around everyone as a baby. I was also born with a lot of odd memories and was an early bloomer on everything. I demonstrated to my family as a baby what I knew about the Earth before anyone had the chance to teach me a thing. They still talk about that to this day. My mother says she has never seen a baby so deeply in thought. I've been trying to figure out how to get home since I got here against my will the giant lights sent me back into a body. I was hurt, I didn't understand and I did not want to come back. I need to get home. How can I get home to Creator Source? I've gone through an abnormal amount of abuse according to my therapists and have CPTSD. So....I've tried to heal this all of my lifetime. Can you help me get home? Thank you for your channel 💜

I am seeing purple nearly every time I meditate except yesterday when I had rainbow coloured I am quite new to it only been doing it for the last week or so since I had a third eye experience a few months back I have felt more in tune spiritually since that experience and have been slowly getting more involved the one I did today I saw dark blue that changed to purple have you got any tips I’m quite intrigued by it and would like to become more involved with it and wether using other techniques would help me unlock more instead of doing the same breathing techniques over and over
Ps I was surprised to get colours every time I have done it so far I just want to try and keep progressing at the moment I have been doing wim hof breathing technique
I keep seeing swirling colors when mediating such as blueish purple and greenish yellow.

I see flashing bright yellow it was beautiful then it fades into a red color ❤️💛
Fantastic....yellow is confidence and action. it is a trying time right now to say the least. yellow can mean you are headed in the right direction on your path and moving into red is so nourishing. Really grounded in reality, family, stability, roots. thank you for watching!
When I meditate in the morning after waking up it’s easy for me to drift to sleep I saw an elephant while meditating but it felt as if I was dreaming what does that mean? I normally see whites, blue, green and purple as well but this was my first time seeing an animal. I normally meditate laying down with my moldavite on my 3rd eye.
On the chart you were showing that color on the very top is the color i was seeing and purple. What does that mean

Hello, I started meditating October 31st and tonight was the first night that I saw colors! I was absolutely amazed because I am finally getting somewhere. Tonight I saw purple and a little bit of yellow. The yellow soon disappeared and it was only the purple. Could you help me with figuring out what they mean together?

@@goldiegoldie3827 there is no definitive answer. Yellow is the color and vibration associated with the energy of the 5th chakra at your belly. Action,movement,also absorbs pain. Purple if dark is associated with the 3rd eye the 6th chakra. Wisdom,knowing your purpose. If light purple almost white or pure white means the crown. Connection with the collective. Each person is different. I can’t tell you what colors mean for YOU individually without more info.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Isn't it amazing how light can travel through our mind's eye? even in a completely dark room with eyes closed. I used to think it was a trick of the light in whatever room I was in but our nervous system, our energy has a life of it's own that we can see with eyes closed. White is extraordinary like any of the colors. Movement in the body usually means the energy itself is integrating with your muscles as it should but sometimes it may be unsettling. Relax and trust that your body knows what to do. You are safe. I have seen people....well, allow the movements to flow, try not to let them distract you. Sometimes pain can happen in certain areas, this can mean your energy is trying to break up a blockage-sometimes in the upper back. I recommend stretching after meditation, sometimes movement can cause you to tense up

I was meditating in a class and I saw green and light purple. What does it mean to you?
Rick Aguayo that can mean the gateway is clearing from the lower chakras to the crown. Appreciation, connection...allow it don’t imagine it. The heart is associated with green...let the floodgates flow...keep meditating with no expectation. Sometimes I feel taller when light purple and white are in the mix ☮️

When Im doing meditation I see a rainbow with super higher color white inside the rainbow then my body feels like a strange.. please give me an advice what should I do if I feel strange in my whole body
Relax…when we want to connect with our highest selves, spirit, or God (whatever resonates with you)…it can be scary when it actually starts to happen. You spirit awakening can scare your body into feeling unneeded so it may tingle, feelings if disconnection can be worrisome …but very natural. Breathe deeply
When I am doing third eye meditations, after a few minutes with my eyes closed, I start to see a purple colour moving and then it gets brighter like a flame in the dark appearing every 4 seconds, does that mean it’s activating but not activated?
so amazing! each time you have this experience continue to remain calm, there is so much energy right now it is moving a lot. see if you can deepen your breathing when it is happening to steady the light. on the exhale feel as if you are fueling the light and see if it remains more constant. if you do NOT see any color each time that is ok too. each time you practice is making you stronger.

I was just relaxing but I guess I went into meditation mode and saw two blue circles that merged into one and then it turned it a film like I was about to watch an old movie. I saw a little girl to my left and a family on the right but I woke up or opened my eyes before I could figure out what it was about.

Wow yes, that is not uncommon. Some people definitely see other people's auras or even light off other sentient beings. fascinating! this can happen to people even if they have NOT been on a serious spiritual path but if they are then it is easier to accept and grow from, its a fantastic development. feel free to safely share here or on the Strong Body Strong Soul Facebook page if you would like to get feedback from other souls that resonate with my work. So i was Meditating , I saw a purple light between my eyes and it was changing shapes continuously after a while I started feeling some sort of sensation on top of my head and it slowly started to move downward on eyes and lips . Could u please help me what does that mean . When I was meditating I was holding a dragon heart stone in my hands . When I was done meditating. I started to journal so fast that I could feel the pain in my arm coz I was writing so fast and couldn’t stop .

Sense we really are being reminded by the Divine that we will be ok regardless of outcome. We are past trying to convince anyone else of our position. From a meditation perspective it sounds like you are receiving these messages as well. Maintain your connection with your higher levels. No matter how you are analyzing it, your inner eyes are revealing these colors as a gift of connection. You will ALWAYS have that ☮️

Hey i am shabnam and i did meditate for the first time today and in morning i saw deep dark yellow all over the place ii also saw yellow in a form of feather i also saw yellow in a form of box and in a form of bunch of letter written with yellow pen and with yellow i saw purple light purple i am so amazed and you won't believe just an hour ago i did meditation again and saw yellow and purple again while meditating i am figuring it out what does that mean? Hello Shaikh...it sounds like you are really opening up. Continue with your practice. My advice is to keep a journal to record what you are seeing. Sometimes that meaning becomes more clear as similar messages come through.

Manisha Singh many feel that green is everlasting life and unconditional love, a royal blue can be your wisdom center. I say “ allow” because I don’t want you to “expect” the same result every time. No preconceived ideas. The colors the energy is meant for you to contemplate what is going on in your individual life and present experience. Enjoy the colors but “listen” to the messages with your whole being.

I saw purple colour with a black pupil and it kept moving. Somebody let me know if this means my third eye is open. I am having insomnia.
Hello Svetlana....it sounds like you have a very active third eye...spiritual vision can cause sleeplessness. taking the pressure off knowing why can often help. needing to know the answer is a need of the ego, keep practicing with the intention of allowing messages to come through as opposed to chasing them. trust is a huge part of the journey. you are safe, you are loved, you are exactly where you are supposed to be. asking questions is a part of the evolution, trusting the answers will come is a part of it as well.

WOW such vivid visuals. It sounds like you are tapping into your clairvoyant gifts.The ball could mean the balance of the root chakra is expanding. I often see the chakras as balls of light. they overlap and support eachother, for you if it is red I would stay focused on the earth. go barefoot in the grass or in water, put lotion on your feet. The chair could be a message to relax and not walk right now but instead immerse yourself in the moment.Staying still can be a huge gift....you are worth the time. perhaps sit in a chair outside in nature, sit up straight with eyes closed and focus on your feet....you are on the same ground that my feet are touching too, our energy is connected. thank you for sharing here.
the dot could be an angel accompanying you on your journey inward. From an angel source: The color that Angel Uriel is associated with is ruby red, which is also associated with the energy of the root chakra. This vibrant energy represents the power and vitality of the life force, which is what brings when you connect to him

Guys i was meditating and starting seeing at first i saw swirling green then i saw i starting seeing blue surrounded by green then i tried to look more deeply i saw green plants as if i were laying down in a long pile of leaves and the leaves would open and i would see space the sky in the night but lots lots of stars and the leaves would close then randomly open. (Please try to help me explain this it was so vivid as if i was seeing a picture
how beautiful, what a profound connection with earth. I'm curious - did your sense of smell get activated as well? I'm sorry for the delay so many months later. If you are still meditating and wish to pursue I would love feedback. Olfactory senses is an area I am working on in workshops right now. Memories linked to aromas are powerful. The smell of earth, fresh green life...there is no such thing as completely odorless life...we just need to awaken our awareness...it's possible to activate memories/connection and return to peace
I had the same thing tonight saw a green swirling & the separated then turn to the 3 green straight line for a min the went back swirling green & I'm highly spiritual
I see waves of light purple at first. Then the intensity of purple gets really rich and dark. Sometimes a pinpoint of a swirly light appears when I’m really relaxed. It’s faint then gets really white bright. One time it looked like someone was standing inside of it then I stopped that was creepy😂

This happened to me too. I did feel a little scared and opened my eyes for a second and went back to it. What does green with hints of yellow mean? Purple was the most dominant colour i saw.

Every now and again I will an Electric Blue spot or Orb next to certain people just for a split second. I’m not sure what this is trying to tell me. Could you possibly explain what this for me please. This started after meditating in the bath surrounded by my Crystal’s I saw my face in my minds eye, wearing a wrap around scarf over my head smiling with beautiful teeth, the whole picture was this Electric Blue colour and I was over come with a intense Feeling of Love. Once the face faded both palms of my hands itched and burned as ring shaped circle, right in the middle of my palms. So ever since; I see the same electric blue next to certain people, sometimes animals…🙏🏻🕉🙏🏻

Hello! Today was the first time i medidated in my entire life. I started controlling my breath and trying to concentrate on it. When I was concentrated i started to feel more lightweight, and then i saw colors... I saw purple and yellow, like mixing with my eyes closed... I don't know what it means. When I openened my eyes i wanted to cry, that was curious. Can you help me to understand?
