I've created this STRONG BODY STRONG SOUL channel in the hopes of inspiring people to examine their own unique ranges as we navigate a troubling world; we are so much more than just our physical bodies, we all possess energy that connects us. The energy here is on a podcast of the same name too, I teach a variety of meditation styles; I'm a certified personal trainer hence some of my offerings are exercise related. I have a robust sense of humor so be careful with the titles. There is so much fantastic information out there, you can hear the same exact thing from many different sources but then one time hear it in a slightly different way or at a different time in your life to "get it". That information is already within you, it's just waiting to be unlocked! If you enjoy my videos I hope you will share them with the same intent and openness. WE ARE ALL CONNECTED.
