There are so many upgrades that it's almost overwhelming. I keep playing over and over again trying to get the most damage, which means finding those rarest of upgrades. It's really all about damage.

The devs made a smart decision sponsoring you. You are legit the reason I bought this game back in like November. (Also its obvious you havent had much experience with the blue boss at the 14 minute marker. Those little things that looked like four leaf clovers are mines lol) but yeah. I'm glad they sponsored you. It is a really solid game. Wasn't a fan of the latest patch as it seems to have made getting high scores significantly harder late game. But that's just cause i don't like challenge lol. For anyone who works alot but has the energy to get on their pc for grindy non-story based games.... it's worth picking up.
Also if the devs read this comment.... could yall please add this game to switch? (I know I'm planning to get the steam deck but for people like me who work long hours and demanding jobs a game like this is perfect on a smaller portable console when I get home from work. Most people won't be getting their steam decks for a while anyways)
We do plan on a Switch port once the game reaches full release (1.0)

Sentinel hidden power Halo shield is my best record, gotten over a million twice with the red numbers (forget the setting that makes it insane) with that. Just full everything into shields and survivability lol

That's cool and all but as I was saying you start in this place called lothric as the "Ashen one" and you were brought to life to do one thing, you need to kill the lords of cinder defeat the soul of cinder and restore the flames or let the flame fade out and make the world without flame
There are plenty of quiet and chill UA-camrs but you just don’t hear about them

its a good way to see what flaws might need to be fixed and which ones to leave as new game “features”

Except that nova drift is actually difficult when you turn the difficulty modifiers on, and the fact that you can’t really break nova drift because some builds are kind of meant to fill your whole screen with projectiles.
Nova Drift is also very hard to crash, you can try very hard, the game will be very sad but you can't really crash the game unless you cheat to like wave 5000

You're not gonna be breaking this game. It's meant for the players to build up crazy strong synergies with their weapon and mods in order to get as many points as possible. There is no end to it, the waves just get harder and harder until you eventually die.
The game is still in development and it's still pretty early in the roadmap, but it's already a great game worth the $15.
the only limit i have seen its that when you get a loot of mods the game can crash
I was expecting to be humiliated that a new player (no matter how talented) was about to blow me out of the water. I happy to see that the game really does seem balanced and hard; and that it looks I've gotten pretty OK at it 😊

Yeah, it seems like spectre and charged shot should synergize well, but unfortunately they do not
Charged shot doesn't combo with spectre though. You can't use both.

This is a really good game, I’ve had it a long time. They have added and polished it off really nicely.
I actually bought this game because of watching you play it the first time you featured way back when Wild-Morph was new. I'm not even that fond of space shooters, but I had a LOT of fun playing it. And I especially like that the achievements are actually each like a little puzzle built out of the mechanics in the game. :)
You should really try “My Heroes Dungeon Raid” it is a very fun game, that I really think that you will enjoy
Pro tip, I realize you were going for single hit damage, but I've found burst works immensely well with railgun
railgun + barrage (super mod) is hella fun hahaha

Spectre also uncloaks while you thrust by the way - that's why enemies could see you occasionally when you thought you were cloaked.

Elegant construction
Shielded constrructs
Basically just flaming boomerangs with deal a ton on damage but it shreds you shield
So a glass cannon
You should try Noita, I feel like you would enjoy it very much.
DF: Takes a build that is revolved around singular large hits.
Also DF: Doesn't take Charge Shot, a perk revolved around singular large hits.
Charge Shot counts as firing I'm pretty sure, so it'd mess up calibration and Stealth, which were the modifiers doing the most damage.

Apparently seldom known fact: you can skip the first 3 level up screens at no cost if you don't want what you're getting. This lets you only grab the upgrades you actually want or even play with the default gear, and skipping does not cost you the level or any rerolls, it just lets you delay picking that type of gear until a later level-up screen.
The default gear is actually pretty good, though it lacks any form of quirk other than just being super simple.

Df should play the game magic survivor I know it's on mobile but idk if it's on pc it's very fun and how I'll explain it is you murder goo aliens and steal blue essence to upgrade your character
I literally bought this game two weeks ago, and I already have 30 hrs in it. Super addictive once you figure out how all of the abilities and mods affect each other.

There’s a particular ship build I’ve been playing called I am the juggernaut that I’ve made. it is essentially using the hull breaker body type to try to make it do as much damage possible by crashing into stuff. you can get some insane damage while doing it. You’d probably enjoy it
The discord orbs you had in round 2 are the best mpd in the game. And I'm completely unbiased here for sure

Get the halo shield with the firefly body
trust me on this
halo applies op burn dmg to nearby enemies, invaluable against swarms of little guys
firefly also does heavy damage behind you when thrusting
mix this with candescence and purge for something great
also GET BURST, its op

One build that’s really fun to get working is a hull breaker crash build. Who needs weapons when you can just just ram the enemy at Mach 80? That’s how I got my highest damage in one hit. I got the planet breaker and ludicrous speed achievements in the same hit and it was very satisfying.
You know it just makes me so frustrated to watch other people play this game with no problem but then I try to play it my game its in slow motion all because I use RADEON instead of INVIDIA and that sucks!

Self damage isn’t from you running into enemy bullets, self damage is when you have a certain mod, that for example makes you take damage when you shoot. Plating helps against you running into enemy bullets.
Hi DF, can you play either UA-camrs life OMG or UA-camrs life 2, they are my favourite games ever and you are my favourite youtuber ever so it would make a great combo.
This is a pretty fun game, but stay far far away from the steam community. There's something wrong with those guys. The trolls have forced everyone else away and it's nothing but petty scraps.
I don't really get why the Devs sponsored you to "Break" their game.. do u ever break games? The only thing u do when that happens is Cheating or just Grinding a shit ton
Looking for an Opie build it's kind of a glass Cannon but use the cluster grenade grab the mines and upgrade them to launch your current weapon when they explode increase your blast radius and damage get rapid fire and watch out for self damage
If you like stealth, I'd recommend Halo with grenade and overseer Allies, with loaded charged mine. Stealthy bomber that fills the screen? Yes please

Probably the laziest build you can get is full architect build with units everywhere. I remember that there is an upgrade where your larger drones can use your weapon ( best for this is the vortex one)
Get a turret, that body where you can have only one construct And buff thé turret as much as possible. Lots of Fun, projectiles, damage And rounds beaten
If they added a counter at the top of the screen for combos (number of hits after you fire) and for damage (total damage since last time you fired), those big numbers would create a nice dopamine reward and make tracking your build improvements a lot easier. It would be a simple way to increase the addictive nature of this kind of game.
I don’t know if you have already played this game but I think you will really enjoy (Nobody Saves The World) as much as I do

Self damage doesn't mean running into things, that's collision damage. Self damage comes from stuff like the halo shield or the antimatter rounds mod.
just go without the wake mod and you would have had it, also splinter with rockets at max homing is amazingly powerful.
