Adding Pac to the crew was an amazing move. Bro matches everyone’s energy perfectly and brings in a whole new perspective football wise.
I agree wholeheartedly. Will he still be with them during the ESPN move? He fits perfectly.Just chill and has major football knowledge.
How fast would D-But run it, tho?
@@HorusTheGrey_17Pat has full creative control so he should be
@@ccsnss9003thank u bro
yea he's more entertaining than the other token
4.51 on a bad hammy at 39 is NAILS!
You know the coolest thing Pac Man ever did? He took in his best friends kids when they passed away and has helped them become men. That out does anything he did on the field and the “ 1:04 negative” things he did off the field. YOU THE MAN PAC!!!
Wow I did not know that.
@@jacobsims8307Yeah Chris Henry Jr is a top WR recruit coming up too, from teammates at WVU to best friends in the NFL, then when he died pac took his kids in and is helping them fulfill their potential. Love pac in WV
@@jacobsims8307 it is awesome. PacMan is a good dude and this should be talked about more.
Damn really? Thats stepping up, being a man and helping your bro all in one, respect to Pac Man
Chris Henry story is the real Pac Man.
Still fast enough to run down over half the WRs, TEs and RBs in the league...at 39!!! Impressive!!
Dats not running down half u def don’t kno ball
ydkb
@@pistolpete503 u so corny
Dog an NFL RB or WR running a 4.5 is considered slow as hell. Most of them running 4.4s and 4.3s. Even the bigger guys are running fast as hell nowadays. Jordan Davis at 300+ ran a 4.9...
@@sora4440Derrick Henry 40 time- 4.54, davante adams- 4.56.
This guy is in the top .001% for his age group for speed. 4.515 is insane, especially considering he has a pulled hammy. He’s 1% slower than the average active corner back in the NFL now. Ludicrous
That is top 0.001% for any age group
That's faster than Derrick Henrys 40
@@adambonesaw3689faster than Cooper Kupps 40...
Bro I was one of the quickest in high school and ran a 40 and couldn't do any better than 4.7s lol it's insane
That’s a gift from God str8 up to run that fast after playing 10 years in the league and being 39 on insane
These are my favorite clips, I love the show entirely, but watching all the boys just have fun and genuinely enjoying one another’s company is something else.
He is 100% capable of getting into the 4.4's.
Absolutely a better start and he's there
@@mattokonis2234yes he false stepped the start and still hit 4.5...wow
Not only 40 years old, but on knees and ankles that survived a lot of play time in the NFL, which to me is even more impressive.
3:49 “I only had one in me” 😂
Stuff like this is why Pat is the best sports show on earth. They thing outside the box, the crew has chemistry, they don’t belittle anyone, and they talk about all topics (not the typical ones on espn). They deserve every dollar they request
Impressive!!!! He was a super freak athlete as a young man. Fantastic to see the man he has grown into, love seeing him on the show.
Pacman really changed his life around and love to see his journey!
The media always tried to paint PAC as a bad guy. But he’s genuinely got a good heart and he’s somebody you’d probably have made friends with on your team or back in school.
Man's was a menace in HS lol
I hate the media and in general will always side with anyone against them. But Pac had his share of moments to validate him being a dumbass. That all said I love him on PMS
The guy who ordered shot up strip clubs back in the day WAS a bad guy. But yeah, tHe MeDiA iS tHe BaD gUy. Pacman is changed now, but let's not act like he wasn't an absolute menace of a young adult. The dude easily could've murdered someone. I swear, y'all are game goofy and pretend that a violent culture doesn't exist within the AA community, but instead "wahhhh, it's the media."
Let's be real, if he wasn't good at football, we'd all agree he's a terrible guy with real victims. But even terrible guys have complexities to them. Let's not rewrite history because a man ran a 4.5 40 at 40 lol. But also let's not cancel him either. Some things just are.
@@DrWNoLs 40 @ 40 sounds like a podcast. Just get dudes to run 40s at 40 and chew the fat for an hahr and boom, podcast!
"I may not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was."-Pacman Jones
Im honestly not surprised he's still in fantastic shape.
I couldn't run 10 yards that fast. Dude is 39 and could still play.
Obviously not. Dude was done after one run. Getting old makes it hard to do it often. Guy is a great athlete anyway.
@@Akkbar21I was thinking the same thing lmao, no shot this dude could cover this 4.4s fresh outta college, still hella impressive tho that he ran a 4.5
Aj called it on the dot, 4.5.1
Pat needs to run one now🥺♥️❤️
No one is mentioning that he started that 40 standing up and not out of block. Plus, he's running that with a damn hat on 😂 😎
I never understood why the NFL lets them dudes run outta blocks. You ever see 'em get the starting blocks on the field? Time those guys running from a stance.
And he's on asphalt, in tennis shoes. 4.515 is nuts.
First thing I noticed lol
@@imightbebiased9311You've clearly never watched the combine
On concrete with gym shoes
Cornerback is such a brutal position for older guys. There were only a handful of CBs in the league last year over 30 getting regular snaps. To keep up with that pace TEN YEARS later is incredible
Yes specially when WR you are facing getting younger. Which is why many CB change position to S or slot CB
From a Steelers fan- PAC IS A DAWG.
You should've said 3rd in the north. 😂😂
@@jacobsims8307Steelers are gonna suprise a lot of you haters this season.
From a ravens fan same
@graysontheginger7558 yeah beating the brownies will surprise me. 🤣🤣
@@graysontheginger you think the steelers can make the playoffs in a conference where you uidisputably don't have a top 10 QB? Best-case scenario I see a 7th seed getting smashed by the 2 seed
I did this for a bet at work, went to a middle school track at lunch and turned in a blazing 6.5 🤣
I did a 5.8 at age 48
I also love that Pacman is on the show. Loved watching him play, love him on the show, and love that he's still fast as f**k.
Glad he left i am athlete for this, he is a great addition
"I only had 1 in me."
That's how I feel every time I dunk and my knees and back start screaming. 😂 Mad respect for Pacman.
Its my feet when i land
Y’all gotta run this back when he’s healthy. I believe he can definitely hit under 4.5 🙏
Man Pacman was a phenomenal add to the crew!
Man his 39 yr old shape looks better than any shape ive ever been in lol
As a mountaineer fan it warms my heart seeing these guys working together
Go EERS!
I can't describe how exciting it was to watch Pac return punts in Cincy. Dude was pretty damn fast, but MAN he was shifty. He always dead legged tf outta the first gunner lol good times bro
He didn’t get a solid start and he was running into the wind with a strained hammi. I think that was a 4.4 if it was at the combine. RIP, your hamstring the pac get well soon 🙏
Another thing that's impressive aside from the bad hammy and his age is the fact that he started standing up as opposed to a sprinter's stance. I think without the bad hammy and starting in a sprinter's stance, he gets under 4.5
That was a relatively rough start, he had it all the way once he opened all the way up.
@@therizentertainmentnetwork4208 exactly
They needed Connor or Ty do it for an “average Joe” comparison. It would add humor and greater highlight how freakishly talented professional athletes are
Especially Connor - his mouth writes checks he can't cash.
Darrell Green's 4.43 at 50 just highlights how insane that guy's speed has been for decades
Darrell Green was just fvcking obscene. He ran a 4.15 ... Dude was just an Olympic Sprinter moonlighting as a Corner and Safety in the NFL. So 4.43 at 50 from 4.15 in the height of his athletic powers does translate.
However... NOTHING WAS OR IS AS ABSURD AS BO JACKSON WITH HIS MUSCLE MASS (DRAG) AT 230 FVCKING POUNDS... RUNNING A 4.12!!!! ... UNGODLY.... ALIEN TIER. Still the fastest 40 yard dash currently... set by a 230 ibs running back. Just obscene, meaning if Bo Jackson was 185 ibs (normal sprinter weight) he'd clock around a 3.7/3.8 40 yard dash... translated on track making him faster than Usain Bolt and the fastest man to ever live.
Green probably at his age now can still run a 4.5 eazy
Legend has it, Pacman is still running as we never saw him again....
The fact he didn’t even get down and did it standing up is wild too
4.515 is bonkers! Hell of a nice run PacMan!
That was impressive for being 39 years old.
Shout out to Pacman....always appreciate him keeping it real all the time...great addition to the show!
Damn, Pacman needs to race T.O. that would be sick content!
He’s burn TO. I don’t think TO runs a legit 4.5
@@collinm5277 10 months ago T.O. ran a 4.5 and 2 years ago vs Tyreek he ran a 4.4, to be fair those were with manual stopwatches but TO still has some wheels. It would be interesting to see him and Pac go head to head especially since TO is 10 years older.
Always liked pac. Used to think he was kinda cocky. But as the years passed, I really grew to respect the man. God bless
connor pacman interactions are hilarious 😂
As a Steelers fan of over 20 years respect to pac, he still got that dawg in him. He still could get after it at 39.
RUN IT BACK PAC!
I got a home & away Titans 32 jerseys w/his autographs. Coo dude. Most underrated returner in history.
Adam "Pacman" Jones, you will forever be one of my most WVU players ever.
I’ve been waiting for this!
Pac-Man is a great dude and is becoming a even greater guy outside of football. Took in Chris Henrys son. Love this guy! WHO DEY BABY!
Awesome video Pat!!!!! GREAT WORK!!!!!
I want more like this!! Loved it
What an addition PacMan is to the show. Somehow PMS just keeps getting better, keep it up boys
For now
Enjoy it while it lasts
Pac deserves so much more credit for his play and the man he is.
Darrell Green running the 40 a 4.43 time at 50 years old is still an amazing standard to try to keep up with.
Was it ON LASER?!
I'm only half-serious. Anyone running under 5 seconds at age 50 is doing something incredibly impressive.
@@imightbebiased9311 it was laser timed. which is insane
@@PeteZam SHEEEEESH
@@PeteZamthat is absolutely wild. I feel like if I’m here at 50 I’d run a solid 45.7
I was looking for this comment.
Ppl don't remember how good Paxman was probably best corner and kick returner in NFL before his first suspension.
PAC, the pms family loves u brotha! love from humboldt playa
PAC MAN at damn near 4.5 40 is one of the most impressive things I’ve seen in my life
PAC needs to be a regular part of the show!
He is
Lol he is and has been lol
Good stuff!!! Love it fellas
Colts second round pick ran a 4.5 so the fact he ran what he did is amazing... pac is 100% pure athlete 👌
I believe it. When you’re an athlete most still do the same workout after their playing days are over. I am about to turn 50 and I once ran a 4.2 40 many, many, many years ago, ok back in 92 in H.C. Today I am still in the 40’s. No bad for a 50 year old ex running back.
Just stop lying man
so happy pac is on this show
As a titan fan him and cj were my favorite players growing up it’s awesome to him him do this!
If Pacman would have stretched it would have been sub 4.5 he went in cold. That man's a dawg.
Moments like This is why we love this show
Pac is the man. Glad y’all brought him in on this show!
I used to ride can am Spyder with PacMan over on the east side of Cincinnati Ohio. I met him at the octane outlet when I was buying my 2016 F3T Spyder. He’s a cool guy
Fking loved this episode 😂
Gotta love Pac's golf buddy!
OUTSTANDING!
This is the best episode
thats actually wild 😂
Love him on the show
Pac to the crew is the best addition ever
This clip needs to go viral
"just let me land the plane here Pac" 😂
4.51 with a bad hamstring at 39 is crazy
Glorious video.
Dude in salmon pants lit him up. 😂😂😂
The biggest difference between 20 and 40 is not the difference is speed. It's the difference in how much easier you get injured and longer it takes to recover.
Exactly but it also takes longer and more effort to get into top shape to run full speed because of the recovery time
Heck yeah Pac!
We love you pac!
surround yourself with good people itll bring out the good in you....way to see PacMan at his happiest. god bless
Pat is a Force 🎉
I met & took a picture with Pacman at a restaurant (red lobster or habachi I think) in Nashville when he played for the Titans when I was 7 or 8 years old, I still remember it & I’m 25 now lol. PAC still got it though.
I wanna see pat run 🏃♂️ he’s in better shape now then his playing days
I want to see the boys do a Pros vs. Joes/ American Gladiators type show against AJ, Pac, maybe Kittle, and a few others. Watching Connor get crushed by AJ would be great.
That would be hilarious to see 🤣
Damn! Pacman is a beast. 39 and 4.5. Unreal
Dope show
Two guys from my hs ran 4.36 & 4.7 electronic time hit the league and other D1 before injury ended running 4.31 & 4.31
Damn it now I have to go back to the gym, well I mean find a gym to go back to. Well maybe tomorrow. I really like having Pacman on this crew, he adds a lot and is really fun.
What a beast. Damn Pacman!
Very impressive! Never doubt X-NFL players. They are at an other level
AJ called the time too 🔥🔥
Pat, when you get over to ESPN, I need you to make the entire studio come out for a combine. Give 'em a heads-up so they got time to train, but I want a Bristol Combine.
It was such a blast watching Rookie Pacman running wild in Nashville as a Kid
Opester! What's up man?
Cornerback Darrell Green ran a 4.43 Second 40-Yard Dash at Age 50.....this is the GOAT of corners...
I lovvvveee them all pac was a great addition
Unreal 😮 4.515 at 39 is bonkers
Damn that’s fast 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
never doubt Pac Man he still got it!!
I’m 40 and never been in the NFL. I broke My Left Femur at 20 and Run a 4.4 - 40. We’re not that old yet so it shouldn’t be a shocker. Stay in shape and You can do whatever at any age.
38 year-old here, "Pac" Sir you are a BAD man. That's cheetah fast.
The irony of a slow motion shot of a competition meant to happen as fast as possible
