Off to Deland Florida for our second Young Eagles event

- We couldn't find any festivals to fly to so we headed to Deland to volunteer for another Young Eagles event. This is a priceless contribution to give back to the next generation of pilots.

Very nice!! Actually that was me(N670MA ) talking to the tower in the min 2:25 . Didn't knew we were sharing the airspace that day lol!!
It’s a pleasure to “meet” you lol. I always like to play the communications with our tower at KISM to show how helpful they really are. I know as a student it can be intimidating to talk to any tower and our controllers are really professional and courteous. Thanks for sharing airspace with us, lol. If you get a chance to help out as a volunteer for young eagles, please do so. We can always use good pilots!
It's awesome to see you guys supporting the EAA Young Eagles program. I am president of EAA Chapter 807 located at M25 in Mayfield, KY. We host a couple Young Eagles events each year. We are fortunate to have a very generous group of pilots always willing to do individual Young Eagle Flights anytime we need.
I think it’s a privilege to volunteer in this program. You honestly cannot put a price on the looks of those kids faces. I wish we had a chapter in Kissimmee but until we do, I guess I will continue to volunteer with other chapters. Thank you for supporting this program with your chapter and thank you for watching
