I love this content from the NFL. This, the Chargers playing in London, and the other videos are really quite interesting. I hope they keep this stuff going.
I use to work the grounds crew for a private golf course. Without doxxing myself, we hosted a PGA tour and were ranked a few times in golf digest's top 100 courses. The course was beautiful, and it was one of the best jobs I ever had. Everyone on the crew was friendly, happy and always gave 110% into the course. I feel like this is the same thing for the grounds crew for the Packers stadium. I could see myself out there loving that job and putting in a lot of effort.
I work at a stadium,Levy Stadium, The Seahawks stadium. I have to start prepping the food at stadium on Monday. One of the biggest things at The Seahawks game is SEATTLE DOGS(Polish dog, Sautéed onions, cream cheese on a brioche bun).So we Sautee 100s of pounds of onions that are hand prepped(not a dry eye in that room). The other thing that gets done starting Monday?…. PIZZAS!! They’re prepped, frozen and then delivered to all the pizza stands. At least 50,000 pizzas get prepped from Monday to Saturday. The Seahawks are ONE OF THE BEST PAYING TEAMS IN THE NFL HANDS DOWN…$37 an hour to Cooks! I also work at climate pledge arena. They pay $28 there.
I work as guest relations (scanning tickets, usher, answering questions, etc) at soldier field, and I get there about 2 hrs before gates open, sometimes earlier to help put towels in every single seat. I sometimes get to see the different teams preparing (hype squad/mascot, drum line, national anthem, all the different mic checks over the stadiums PA system, food, Setting up activists, etc.) All I can say is, as a fan, I look at everything from a much different perspective with much more appreciation
This showed up in my suggested feed so I decided to watch since I'm so curious about the behind the scenes of everything. I've lived within 20 miles of Lambeau my whole life and I learned a lot from this video
I found this fascinating. I don't watch sports. However, the amount of preparation and planning that goes into each game day is incredible. They have a heated field and many layers of soil under the grass. Then to have heat lamps to help the grass grow. They've invested a lot of money into the grass, the communications equipment, fireworks, etc. No wonder tickets are expensive. I had no idea.
Yeah, I used to work at a hockey rink. The next night needed to be prepared for comedy. The next night needed to be prepared back to hockey. 2 nights later it had to be prepared for a rock concert. The next day it's back to hockey again. We'd work 36 hours straight. It's fun! As long as the team was winning!
I've never been to an NFL game because I live in Ireland but watching how much organisation goes into getting a game ready is mind blowing , a brilliant video

Years ago I officiated professional soccer and I loved watching every minute of this video. There really is an incredible amount of detail that goes into processing an orchestrated entertainment event.
I literally have never watched an NFL game, but I clicked on this for some reason and I'm not gonna lie it was pretty cool to see and I'm interested to see more.
I was at this game they’re talking about. MNF game right after my 30th birthday. Great way to celebrate with a packers win and a Crosby walk off field goal to win the game ! Go pack go!
Janoy Cresva he might be a volunteer that just goes to every home game for free... a lot of these people are volunteers that get too see games free, get free food and a parting gift (I.e. jerseys, head wear, cold weather gear, etc)
I really enjoyed all this, being from England we don’t get to watch any football (American style) and may only get 1 or 2 Super Bowls held here....these is so much going on before the game that I wouldn’t of known without watching this. Thanks.
How is the field repaired after a game? Like all the chunks of grass that get displaced from cleats or stuff that gets ripped off by helmet contact or players getting tackled across grass?

I love stuff like this. I knew that there was work involved in getting ready for an NFL game, but I didn't know it was this crazy.
Jerry World is getting ready for high school state games
Red Pizza best late-year football in Dallas 😂
Well atleast a championship team will be playing there. The regular tenants dont look like they gonna win a SB anytime soon.
Jason Garrett fo life- Jerry.
This week on
"DALLAS"
Jerry World has also done some sweet prep when the Packers are in town lol
As someone who studied Sport Management please make more of these. I learn something with each one
Now that left me speechless! This is priceless content NFL! We want & need MORE to get us through the off season lol
I work at a stadium,Levy Stadium, The Seahawks stadium. I have to start prepping the food at stadium on Monday. One of the biggest things at The Seahawks game is
SEATTLE DOGS(Polish dog, Sautéed onions, cream cheese on a brioche bun).So we Sautee 100s of pounds of onions that are hand prepped(not a dry eye in that room).
I love this type of stuff. But I'm also the guy who liked the game head coach, sim type games, tycoon type games, and in Madden I play the owner.
LifewithDerek that’s a lot work as a owner
@@Itss.israel yeah it was a lot of work. I just hate playing as the player only. I could only do QB or RB and have a winning season
I work as guest relations (scanning tickets, usher, answering questions, etc) at soldier field, and I get there about 2 hrs before gates open, sometimes earlier to help put towels in every single seat. I sometimes get to see the different teams preparing (hype squad/mascot, drum line, national anthem, all the different mic checks over the stadiums PA system, food,
Setting up activists, etc.) All I can say is, as a fan, I look at everything from a much different perspective with much more appreciation
That was an awesome video. Cool to see the behind the scenes like that.
NFL: cuts the clip of kickoff right at contact
Kickers: *everyone disliked that*
This showed up in my suggested feed so I decided to watch since I'm so curious about the behind the scenes of everything. I've lived within 20 miles of Lambeau my whole life and I learned a lot from this video
I was surprised to see this video on youtube and even more surprised at how insane the attention to detail was. Excellent video
I now see why there's not that many games in the season
Jo Lee yeah I used to wonder why they weren’t as consistent as nba
Shafay Qaiser u guys think this is why? bodies literally can’t handle more football games
@@DracoVP yea that too
Jo Lee it’s cuz after a game the players can like barely walk depending on what they do
Its because its a full contact sport. The human body cant play 80 football games in a season
This was insanely interesting to watch. I knew it was complicated, but wow!
I love this. So cool to see everything that happens. Never knew it was that crazy.
"I'm in charge of everything that grows"
*Just the field then*
Yeah he tried to make his job seem a lot more important than just saying, "my job is to make sure grass grows"
Very impressive.
and now I want to see a Super Bowl Stadium preparing.
The South Endzone sure has issues
Jackson Bitzer that’s for sure
Jackson Bitzer he is trying his best
I know, it’s so bad that it’s compensating by having one of the largest Jumbotrons in the league
If all teams had a segment like this, it would be awesome. It would be cool to see the differences for each team.
I've noticed the blue NFL hats before, but I didn't know that there were other different colors that had different meanings - excellent information!!!
I love these. So many people have a hand in making sure game day /events goes off well and it’s nice to see how it all comes together.
Damn! This was more entertaining than a LOT of the games I watched this season. Bad ass!
Packers fan here, awesome video. Would be interested to see another one about a stadium that is indoor or a dome to see how the field prep is different.
I love behind the scenes videos like this. Really well done. Keep them coming!
Years ago I officiated professional soccer and I loved watching every minute of this video.
There really is an incredible amount of detail that goes into processing an orchestrated entertainment event.
That was a half hour very well spent
I literally have never watched an NFL game, but I clicked on this for some reason and I'm not gonna lie it was pretty cool to see and I'm interested to see more.
Welcome to the Packers family mate!
This looks so amazing. I've lived in texas all my life, I always wanted to watch football in a stadium where its below 0 and snowing 😋
I was at this game they’re talking about. MNF game right after my 30th birthday. Great way to celebrate with a packers win and a Crosby walk off field goal to win the game ! Go pack go!
Nice
Color coding the hats is really smart, interesting move that I had no ideas about previously.
That’s cool.
I am from California and used to be a trucker. I made a pickup in Green Bay once and was very excited to see the stadium from the dock I was in.
While I may be a Lions fan, this video is unbelievable!
How do you watch UA-cam with a paper bag on your head 😉🤭
15:21 that guy is getting paid to do absolutely nothing LOL.
Janoy Cresva he might be a volunteer that just goes to every home game for free... a lot of these people are volunteers that get too see games free, get free food and a parting gift (I.e. jerseys, head wear, cold weather gear, etc)
Lmao the guy in the suit looks so pissed that he dosent know any of the questions
Yeah...easiest paycheck ever made
Absolutely stunning. I would love to see the production of this video and be with the camera crew throughout the process. Amazing work.
im new to football and i promise you its something i shouldve started watching sooner
Yea dude you missed out on the days where you could actually land on top of a qb and not watch 30 flags every game.
Welcome!
AMAZING!!! We only pay attention to the players and the game but so many people make it happen and deserve their props also!
WOW didn’t know how much goes into game day
This was so cool to watch. Excellent job, NFL media staff. I could watch a whole 2 hours off this stuff.
this was better than the games are
This was fun to watch. I honestly I would love to see this for every single NFL stadium because this is cool
11:51 true Wisconsin and packer fan cause he be offering free brats like damn I want to be there now
This is a cool video! Fans need to show more appreciation to everyone behind the scenes and all their hard work!
The NFL can do all of this work but we still don't know what a catch is
I don’t think the NFL controls how a player catches.. It depends on how the players skills are, or how they’re coached.
@@nathanielsasa he means they cant figure out what is and isn't a catch
In case you guys are confused he’s referring to the “fail Mary” against the Seahawks
11:44 classic Wisconsin 😂😂
Didn't know Toby Flenderson worked for the NFL
This was an awesome look into what goes into a game down to its smallest issue!! Well done!
This was really interesting, every team in every sport could do this and I'd watch. (Though I doubt Fed-Ex field would pass inspection)
You're right.
At the Fedex stadium, the rail collapsed after WFT vs Eagles game and people fell on the ground.
Is there any difference between an in door vs. outdoor stadium in preparation?
I really enjoyed all this, being from England we don’t get to watch any football (American style) and may only get 1 or 2 Super Bowls held here....these is so much going on before the game that I wouldn’t of known without watching this. Thanks.
Please do more!! This was awesome to watch!
How is the field repaired after a game? Like all the chunks of grass that get displaced from cleats or stuff that gets ripped off by helmet contact or players getting tackled across grass?
I actually went to this game lmao it was week 6 against the Lions.
Same!
I saw you at the bar!
16:37 inflation gauge... I wonder what brought on the need for these
To mAke sure the balls have enough air in them
Oh hold on. *cough Tom Brady *cough* sorry, had something in my throat
hmmmmm..... I wonder.
This video is really well presented
