And it's ironically the other way around for the intro of 4. Berlioz stays grounded for most of the fight whereas you're airborne about 80% of the time in 4th gen games.

Lynx police track down a crime lord with normals, main character rush in and defeat minions, kill the crime lord alone with his AC, take out more minions and escape.
Like at the end of V, a Raven (normal), can take out a Next, given the right weapons and skills. So i think Phoenix, Nineball, Stinger, Evangel, Zinaida and the tops from the arenas (like Necron/Black dragon) can beat a Next.
@@milesr4609 The "NEXT" in Verdict day was a heavily gimped and Frankensteined version of White Glint. One of the proper ACS from 4 would curb stomp even the PC in Verdict Day.
The red ac body is a middle weight assault AC built by Crest That's why both models look the same but have different paint Scheme and weapons setup just Google it
I've always been thinking, anyone know what the name of the Red AC that appears in the intro is? I've been trying to find out for ages, but I can't seem to get any info on it. Any ideas?
Nah mate, there's no way that was Nineball. I mean, the red AC uses a machine, shield, missile packs and has one of those mono-eye head parts so common of CREST. Nineball (NB) has the mayfly head, with a blue visor, and uses the same linear gun as Oracle (if i recall correctly). Also I'd like to point out that if you watch the youtube video Nexus Intro 2, the red AC and Oracle swap places. I'll try to dig into it some more, but I can't promise anything. A good assumption though nonetheless. Thanks though. :)
HekateMGO Oh so, the machine gun wielding, boxy AC with the Zaku-like theme to them (single optical lens, etc). I see. Does this rendition of phoenix appear in AC3, I mean, I've looked around, but no other AC (story or arena wise) has that red colouration and strict CREST or solid-part focus to them.
TheDarkRaven Aside from the one in AC1 it doesn't appear in the actual game. All the ones after are pretty much just intro movie easter eggs. He does appear in the EX Arena in Last Raven though.
Idk why but I always tried to build my core based on the characters on the box arts because I always thought the parts were great together but they’re not and it usually ended up being a huge flop
because they're using human plus or in this case op-intensify, that allow your ac to have more generator cap, using back weapon such as grenade launcher without kneeling, increase cooling capability etc. nexus don't have op-intensify part, you're playing normally against raven that have that part in their ac.
@@JohnSmith-ip6kc you need cheat code to have that. but yeah, you can't build genobee ac without op-intensify in nexus 🥲. it's too much balancing issue in nexus
@Harli Baron Kind of weird that he didn't continue using parts made only by Mirage in LR. I know the Alliance is made up of the different remnants of corporations, but Evangel was kicked out of the Raven's Nest for taking exclusive contracts from Mirage.
+Darkeffigy X I have question, that red armored core that was fought against the blue one, is that the same armored core character from armored core 3. it used to be black but now red?

Did Evangel lose an arm?
looks like the left arm was shot off before losing the left leg
i played this game when im 6yo and scared because theres no friend bot in this game😂
Holy shit this holds up.
who's the red Ac anyway? He's seen as the enemy in the cinematic trailer of acnexus and ac3
The red ac body is a middle weight assault AC built by Crest
That's why both models look the same but have different paint Scheme and weapons setup just Google it
why was everything in the early 2000's silver?
It was the bling era.🤣
ah man memories.....
:)
Red AC is called Phoenix. It's basically the same as the cover AC for AC1, the Emeraude AC in AC2 intro & the Crest AC in the AC3 intro.
HekateMGO
Oh so, the machine gun wielding, boxy AC with the Zaku-like theme to them (single optical lens, etc).
HekateMGO
Oh okay, and from what I recall, Phoenix appears in ACMOA's EX Arena, I think. As Rank 1 of the Midweight League.
@@hijous Rediculous, we should get the same rights as other pilots 😆
@@JohnSmith-ip6kc you need cheat code to have that. but yeah, you can't build genobee ac without op-intensify in nexus 🥲. it's too much balancing issue in nexus
Hype incarnate.

Remind me of transformer
+Kisha Devaughn nah, this is different.
Nah, this is better...
Huh 2 different core parts ?but the same head parts and legs ?
Harli Baron never play nexus ,only LR that he used core CR-C89E after that I'm not familiar.I will look it up later
@Harli Baron Kind of weird that he didn't continue using parts made only by Mirage in LR. I know the Alliance is made up of the different remnants of corporations, but Evangel was kicked out of the Raven's Nest for taking exclusive contracts from Mirage.
This the best
Still an awesome game
'666 the number of the beast'
Ah gosh... I loved this game so much.... One of my best times on PS2..
So does this game actually have a story?
It does actually
+Darkeffigy X I have question, that red armored core that was fought against the blue one, is that the same armored core character from armored core 3. it used to be black but now red?
+ironkaider I faintly remember that red AC and thought it looked familiar. It's been ages since i played the original AC 3. I need to do some googling on that one
+Darkeffigy X same here, I hope it's not the same ac character from armored core 3. I really love that ac design.
+ironkaider At first i thought it was Genobee. But after meeting him in game for the first time there's just no way in hell
apure ahora video
because they need to try to stop it
Faster is the master if you can't keep up if you can't track the moments then your just to slow
