Liz on point with all the bike facts and the fact she inhaled a bug through her nose lol Range anxiety comes as standard with electric vehicles at the moment :)
Thanks for your review. I really like the new colors from the 2022 models and envy that the TC max outside Germany has that nice start up jingle while in Germany it just beeps. Someone in this country at the registration department really hates music 🙅♂🤦♂... or they didn't paid the license 🤣 Now after nearly 12.5K km on this motorcycle in the last 2.5 years I just can emphasize that this bike really is a great commuter. I'm commuting about 13km through Berlin city and I can usually drive 2 days until recharging (only using drive mode 2, as this fits for most occations in a city and with 10-20% remaining). After a while you will get a feeling for consumption and range. A big Pro of the TC max beside the price is, that you have nearly the same acceleration and speed until the battery is empty; no "snail mode" on the last percents. A big Con are the tires that are mounted as default by factory. Although the profile looks promising, once the temperature goes down they become quite hard and really lose grip. Had to learn that the hard way on my first autumn in 2020. But back to the Pro's, spare parts are quite cheap 😁 I now have Dunlop Arrowmax Streetsmart on the TC max and they drive like a charm and I would always recommend to switch the default ones unless you are only driving in summer and on a dry road. Ride safe 🤜🤛 and greetings from Berlin
Loved the Vid. "I inhaled a bug through my nose" Classic commentary, you don't get prose like THAT on Top Gear. What's REALLY interesting is to have a giant bumblebee fly into your open visored helmet and wedge itself between the liner and your ear. The really, Really, REALLY interesting bit is when the stunned and angry monster starts comeing around before it is safe for you to stop and evict it. Bugs and Bikes. A natural pairing. .
and they cost less to buy, they cost less, a lot less in insurance and you get a lot longer and they take no time to refill! and they last for a 100 years if you take care of them while these take hours to charge and after three years the battery is dead and all kinds of electric issues sets off in this China product... they are cool first year.. but for life, no...
oh, I did not know that! I have to look this up.. I am in Stockholm... I thought one must have an actual license which cost about 2500 or more euro in most countries today I think....@@R1_Liz
The default configuration for these bikes gives the "power modes" merely a speed limit, they don't actually change the power/acceleration. You can plug in a laptop and change that though if you want a real "eco" mode and limit the power for real (rather than limiting speed.) That said, with electric vehicles, the faster you go the less efficient you are, these bikes specifically have 60miles of range (more if you weigh nothing like me) if you do not exceed 40mph. In other words, you put it in 3 and forget the button exists.
yes i agree with you 100%.the lack of sound is very dangerous.i almost hit a guy before 2 weeks ,he was ride a escooter and i didnt noticed him that he was almost behind me. totally crap tech
I love/prefer the colorway of this TC Max. The one I have seen for sale has white/silver on some paneling/not as nice as this one. Can I ask if this is a specific year or model?
It's an odd one - when I google them this colour comes up with spoked wheels so I wonder if it's the spoked wheel model with wheels swapped out - I'll ask :) there's lots of different colours though I think I'd choose the bright orange one :D
That must feel so strange to have no clutch or gears, Does it have a kind of had brake on it when on slopes. Hopefully see you on it doing furtherv adventures.
You get used to it fairly quickly, the acceleration is good so it doesn’t feel sluggish, just lacks the high speeds. No hand brake so it’s either going or not - no balancing on the clutch pointing up hill 😬 I do miss it’s happy little wake up song
Hi, great video thank you. I’m curious how tall you are because you say your feet touch the floor comfortably. I’m 5 ft 4 and wondering if the size would be ok for me. There are no local dealers who stock this bike for me to try one.

Looks like a great commuter bike
Looks like a honda style head light like cb650r and a grom frame but bigger
Looks good for short commute, well weird the lack of noise, great vlog hope you got 🪰out 🥺 🏍👍🏍👍🏍👍
Been thinking of getting myself one just to go to work and home and I'd store it in my garage during the winter seasons
They’re so fun and convenient!
That is quite a smart looking bike,
Looks pretty good, specs are great, value wise still nothing beats “Eahora M1P Pro”
I like the review of this bike, however, I still prefer the old petrol bikes. I love the sound they make. 😍. Sparky sounds a bit like a milk float 😬

@@SimplicityForGood This comment aged like milk lol.
I like how musical it is XD do you have it for long?
this max version need Lightweight Motorcycle licence or?? looks really cool! nice to see your video :)
In the UK you need a 125 CBT - which isn’t a test, just a day of training that you have to renew every 2 years

I enjoy watching your video more than riding my own TC Max :), even when it works xp
nice review
Looks fun but being loud saves lives atm would be fun for a few days but Yh I prefer having a clutch and gears

We can suggest to add speakers as well 😁 so it will sound cool
Morning Liz ride safe lovely
Thanks for naming it after me 😂😂😂
I wish it had more power and also the green color is sooo cool (does the max model has the green too??
Older model had a green, but you can buy them with custom plates in most custom colours

They have a bunch of colours on the Super Soco website

How much battery was left at the end?
Sparky used up about 80% getting me to and from work in power setting 2, so about 30 miles doing average 45mph to use 80%
usernamekate sent me. I can dig a small quiet mc. '99 SV is all I need --- rarely do I exceed the speed limit. really.
Not every day is about screaming up and down roads at 150. Silent 40mph is sometimes what the heart wants.
It sounds very "future" when it starts up. And the paranoia and feelings of self consciousness as a motovlogger - the pain is real
common now you are british and im canadian... i have no idea how fast mph is.
And idk how far a kilometre is 😬😬😬
"Power"....
Are you related to Jeremy Clarkson?
😂
No, can’t decide if that’s a good thing or not 😁
