- Unarmed and taken by surprise, you do not have to settle for becoming a victim. There are a few things at hand that are available for your use as improvised defensive items that any supermarket has on hand. Some even sell carving knives and cleavers for home use.

It's disappointing to me that there aren't tons of views snd comments on your videos. You put so much into them. Please don't get discouraged about it and please certainly don't stop making videos. Very few people have your knowledge and or the willingness to share it with others.
