That's exactly what I like. The stair near tge window and then second attice bedroom suites for my teenage. I like house like this, not big but just comfy and homy for single mom with two kids.
Nice features! Bathroom layout under stairway is good. Nice compact kitchen/ dining bench. Also cool idea with extra sleeping loft. Plus a balcony and only 4x6 mtsq.

I like this but the loft above a loft is a bit scary every time you climb to it or descend considering the ladder beneath which is a steep fall to the ground floor.
And regardless of which "loft" you're sleeping in, if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have a potentially long and dangerous route to get there.
That loft above the loft bedroom would be for kids, which is perfect!!!

Except the door for that balcony, that should be transparent as well.

Nice idea. But the loft needs another way of access. If two people are staying, the interruption would suck, not to mention the steep climb. Also, that is really not a stair that’s part of wall structure that will end up loosing integrity with having the climb up and down eventually. Rethink your plan for the loft.

Very nice design. American here-please start including size in feet-we don't use metric system.
Alternately, you could turn the ground floor living room into a dining space, the bedroom into a living room/guest bedroom, and use the loft for a bedroom.

I would make that loft storage instead of a bedroom. Just have a pull out couch to bed for guests.
I like it except the top sleeping loft looks dangerous and unsafe to go up and down

I like this design, but maybe I'll use the loft as a kind of storage room not a second bedroom considering how hard it is to get up there, imo.
And maybe a biblioteque, up there than wardrobe

Bonito. Pero con esa vegetacion afuera, yo pondria los sillones mirando hacia afuera y no a la TV.
Very nice design. But crossing through one sleep space to get to another sleep space would be annoying. Maybe us the loft space for something different. But the thing that I questioned the most was the entire back wall with no windows. This would be a great opportunity to bring more light in to a tight space and you didn't take it.
It must have been a command / idea for a piece of land linked to another mirrored property which is absolutely usual into the cities; two houses/properties with one commune wall/fence to devide those two.

Why does the house have that weird flat back to it on the outside? It's very unattractive. Wouldn't it be better, and safer, to have an extra door and some windows back there?

Hi i have vacant lot 4.80x12 meter or 57.6 s/m I wish you can create me a 3 storey 3 door condo each have a loft set back of 3.5 meter in front for parking and 1 meter at the back 2 meter set back for second floor and 3rd floor.also with 1 meter set back .Thank you
