Where do you put your coats, jackets, bedding, towels, ironing board, hoover etc? Lovely zen layout. Totally impractical unless it's a holiday home.

Except I won't have that barn door - not for outside... And that tall window from the groud floor bedroom till the upstairs above one.
Love the design but would use the downstairs bedroom for a laundry/storage space.
Divider is cool.
Excellent as a two bedroom home. I would turn the down stairs bedroom into a bigger bathroom with possibly a bath, and the existing bathroom into a laundry. Beautiful interior 💕

you have some good ideas, but i think it would be better to convert that downstairs bedroom to an office with a closet for washer +/- dryer with extra storage.

Its okay, but now enough storage areas or closet for linen, towels, brooms, etc. Needs a bathroom upstairs as well.

There’s no working area at the kitchen, also no space for washing machine
Also all 3 bedrooms share only 1 bathroom
I've also got issues with the bathroom and i agree there needs to be more than the one

And is not functional to have 3 bedrooms and one bath.
There is studdy in rats that shows that when the space they are sharing is to small, they start to eat each other. The same when you have a farm with animals, for each animal you must calculate the space needed per individual.
But the animals don't speak to tell you:"I feel my blood preasure rising for the stress I have to wait to pee!" Wich is normal biologicaly need and we are not animals to make it everywhere.
So, is other person right to feel unconfortabile when something is not apropriate for her and to express it polite -and this is the case here. And is not you're right to make that persone to feel ashemed for having different needs or preferences.
So, yes, in the world they are people that don't eat or have a roof but that is not an excuse to use against others.
@@universuliubirii7934 Well said. It seems like the world is financially opting people to accept situations that go against their inate nature for optimum health, and not only accept it but defend it. The best scenario is that they just use this place to sleep in.
It's a great plan/design . Tqsm for the idea . Actually, you can modify if want to . For kitchen, prepping section you can add between living n kitchen , change the divider into bar tabletop (idk the terms/name) or just a connecting table top . So that you'll hv a place to prep or kneeding dough.
The term is called an 'island', from what you're describing. I too, love the design of the house!

There really needs to be a bathroom upstairs, somewhere.
Some of the things I like, that it has 3 bedrooms. Glancing at it makes inside & outside looks really good. But when you go through each room, seems compact, and no room to move around. 😞
A three bedroom home with a kitchenette??? Obviously a designer who never cooked a meal. The design could be saved, sort of, with a very major rethink, starting with the entry! What nitwit puts a sliding barn door as an exterior fitting? Impossible to weather strip and make efficient. Just as bad is the waste of space downstairs bedroom and bath. Eliminate the bath and have a small 2 piece toilet room. Enlarge what is now the bedroom and make that the kitchen. That leaves a nice large area for living and dining rooms. Build a bridge over the front door and make that a really nice pair of en suite bathrooms, one for each bedroom.
This house design is illogical. You have room for only 2 to 3 guests in the living area, yet 3 bedrooms that can possibly sleep 6 people?! Also, not having an upstairs bathroom is a huge oversight. 👎

Not a kitchen to cook in and no washer or dryer space but I do like that it has real bedrooms
I absolutely love your design! Love the style & the mixture of the black windows inside and out & wood throughout the space. Tiny homes are a great concept but I need a lot of storage plus furniture. There is no room for dressers etc. Also a laundry room. Still beautiful though! 🌺
The kitchen is great, the eating nook is a clever use of space, and the overall design is well done. Having space on three sides of the bed for ease of changing linens would be a plus. Having the lower cabinet doors to slide open would help with that. This is a wonderful design, and thank you for sharing your talents.
Same cheap buildings with plastic windows than where I live. Sad this degradation of quality with matherials, architecture..
The comment is critical towards the modern tendency of cheap things not to Your studio.

Es muy lindo, entiendo el concepto pero se podría haber hecho un poco más con la planta alta. Hay mucho lugar desaprovechado por lo que los dormitorios quedaron muy pequeños. Para hacer las camas tenés que saltar para el otro lado! En la cama matrimonial el que duerme del lado de la pared se tiene que pasar por toda la cama. La distribucion en general me parece poco práctica. Pero el concepto esta bueno.

I love how light and airy this plan is. But there is some things that would make it even better. It has no area for laundry or really much prep space in the kitchen. Outside the one set of windows makes it look like a face is staring at you. The house has a side entrance which is not a fab of mine. There is plenty of room to make that porch much wider and thus more useable I love the plants cascading down the glass, but it should also be ion the kitchen side to hide whatever the plants are on, because it looks unattractive from the kitchen side.
EDIT:
Also, on watching this for the second time I noticed there doesnt seem to be an oven or dish washer in the kitchen. And the two burner stove takes up way too much space. It would be better placed vertically instead of being horizantal.
What is confusing me is the room directly over the kitchen. Look straight into the dining nook you can see the corner of the door for the room. What I don't understand how the room can have a level floor when the area beneath it has a sloped ceiling??

The design for me is very nice. Taking this as my inspiration. Can you also do this but please take out the 2nd floor. And also put terrace please. Love to see how will it turns out with out the 2nd floor. Thanks

At the end of the day this is just one of many, many tiny home layouts. Whilst it won’t suit everyone, some people (like me) love it. If you need room for a washing machine and more prep space in the kitchen then find another layout that suits you better. Everyone has different needs, different styles and different budgets.

I always miss the space for books, especially in the living room area, so I would turn the downstairs bedroom into a library.
There is not enough storage, for towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Where is the washer and dryer? That is a necessity. Only one bathroom and no storage in the bathroom. The TV should’ve been placed on the wall to give it more space in the living room. the kitchen is too small no prep area. The outside is nice. three bedrooms and one bathroom and it’s so small. Also, you will be cleaning that divider between the kitchen and the living room when you are cooking daily. This is an honest opinion.
this design is for very small and skinny people. Doorways are not for handicap. Very small people in mind with this design. Not sure why you would have a sliding door going to the outside, brings in bugs and easy to break into.

Nice set up but I'd need more room, gotta have a utility for laundry and storage. 3 bedrooms but one tiny couch? Too small. Elderly issues with stairs too.

Okay, now hear me out. This is how I would do this home
1. Take away the ground floor bedroom and make it a 2 bedroom house.
2. Make the bathroom a bit larger so it can have 2 vanities and a bathtub and use the added space from the removed bedroom to crate a small dedicated laundry/utility room.
3. While the glass wall behind the couch is cool, it would make more sense to move the living room area behind the stairs utilizing the added space from the removed bedroom
4. Move the breakfast nook/dinning room area to where the couch currently is- imagine that nice big bench under that beautiful glass wall, that’s be nice right? The couch and even a lovely table can separate the dinning and living areas nicely.
5. After moving the breakfast nook, expand the kitchen to add more storage and counter space.
6. And most importantly GET A REAL FRONT DOOR! Having a barn door as the front door would be a terrible idea! That’s be asking for someone to walk in and rob you. And if you live in a four seasons climate it wouldn’t be weather proofed. The whole point in tiny house living is to save money, with a door like that you’d be spending all your savings on the heating/cooling and electric bills

I like the large indoor kitchen/LR window. Other one, no. Sliding barn door for entry to/from outside? Weather problems! Bathroom toilet/shower glass/vanity...way too close. Doors look 1.5' wide. Under-stair space is good but filled with one large table...not a good use of space. Bedrooms way too small...make it a 2-bed? Nice, modern exterior design. Back to the drawing board! 👍🇨🇦😎
