That's the key: Patience. I think all cats can be that loving if they are from the streets or feral. Just takes a lot of time.

So many outdoor cats want nothing to do with outside once rescued. Not all but many.
I have two that were Street cats and they have no desire to go outside , they know their better off inside. 😊❤
@@deettekearns9092 That is definitely my experience with both feral and stray cats. Often they sleep for about 3 or 4 days they are so exhausted from surviving. They've always picked up the kitty litter immediately. I always start them out and a small space as they are ready. It's a pretty good life when you don't have to worry about your safety and you get great food three times a day plus you get veterinarian care - All the things they didn't know they were missing!
He obviously was very traumatized living on the streets. So awesome that you were determined to give him a loving home & the patience he needed to learn to love, trust & "cat" again.

Omg I LOVE him❤ I have a rugged looking male that hangs around my mom’s house and I just can’t seem to catch him. He’s all beat up, not neutered and has a wonky ear (probably from a fight). I just want to give him a home. In the meantime, my mom is trying to trap him to get him neutered and she also feeds him twice a day. We call him grouchy pants. One day he’ll be mine
I caught one like that. Black tom cat. Acted Fierce. I called him the Hiss Meister. He hissed with Great Power & Kept His Distance. Trapped. Neutered. Brought inside. Never hissed again. Got along with other cats. No interest in outdoors. Became a cuddle bug. Best of luck with Grumpy Pants. I hope he'll prove to be another Meister!
my “wow! you love me!” moment w my little dog took YEARS. still worth it. shes a light in the house that brightens all our day no matter how upset we are. if yall have resources please try to open your heart to a little furry friend :)

I adopted an ex-street Tom cat. I emailed adoption centres asking for their hardest to adopt cases. My boy Marshall was labelled as such. He hated going from full freedom on the streets to caged up. He was a softy a soon as I got him home. He is estimated to be around 9 years old. Like blue eyes you wouldn’t know. He’s having his worry free kittenhood ❤

Rescues always know how lucky they are; they will be loyal to their human, bringing a sublime love. The best.
This one looks similar to one who adopted me. He looks to have some Flame Point Siamese...and that broken ear could mean he had ear mites, and over time, as he 'itched' the area, the ear cartilage broke down.

All it takes is a lot of love and patience. I'm trying so hard to get the ferals to trust me where I live. One seems to be coming around but I can't go near him. I'd love for him to have a home because he seems broken and ready for a home. All my babies were brought in from outside and it took me some time with a few for them to trust me.

Do you ever wonder if cats have a secret place (like UA-cam or TT) where they make videos and talk to other kittys too? Talkin about how he found this human...its a female ..and at first she was way to clingy and always trying to be near me and wanting to touch me. I had to really let her know that this is my world and I'm ALLOWING you to live in it. Then one day she jus got it and now I can lay on the bed and I let her know when I'm hungry but also when I want pets. I woulda never thought she would get to where we are now but I really do love her💞😂
