According to our manufacturer, dreadlocks do not necessarily pose a performance issue with the hard hat. Any wearer who has concern that their hair style might interfere with the safety of the hard hat should make sure that the hat fits snugly before putting it into service. Your safety manager or your vendor should be able to advise workers on a case-by-case basis as to proper fit.
make hard hats for ago mechanics..it has to just be like and scuff proof. smaller..lighter... comfortable. Make hard hats for Alaskan crab fishermen. These guys should be law be wearing something on their head. It would have to work in high seas with out falling off. chin strap...it would need reflective decals...it would need to be comfortable in salt water use..it would need to be padded for comfort.
