Nice video! Thank you. I have lots of Kens in my collection from #1’s to the 2021 60th anniversary silkstone doll. Your videos are very educational with lots of ideas for repairing my dolls. Hope to see more soon.👠👗💃👢🎀
Hello and welcome back to my channel, Lori from Edmonton. Thanks for your comment. Stay tuned in, I have several projects to come up but I don't know how much of them will ready before Christmas.
Fun video! I have a couple of original Kens, I think 2. I think 3 repro original Kens, black and blond. I have a couple of shorties somewhere and a repro or two from the giftset that had Barbie, Midge, Ken, & Allan. I still need to grab the silkstone Ken. One of my original Ken, I found at a thrift store and he was sewn into a pirate costume, I won't take it off.
Hello and welcome to my channel, SparklyPig. That's a huge amount of Kens that you have. In my collection Ken is underrepresented. What about your ratio Ken : Barbie?
Thanks for the video! I have no vintage Kens in my collection currently, but I grew up playing with a #1 Ken, handed down from my sister! Sure wish I still had him.
@@BusyBfromGermanyFor my personal collection, I'm mostly working on recreating my childhood doll collection - early to mid 70s Barbies (Malibu, Superstar etc.), plus some of the 60s ones that my sisters had. I don't worry much about getting them in a box, I like to display them out of the box. But I also collect 80s, 90s and 00s Barbies from thrift stores and restyle them in handmade clothing, and sell them in my Etsy shop.
I just got one of these vintage Barbie’s from the 60s. Straight leg ken with the red pin stripe shirt with red trunks. You showed one in this video. Mine looks a little different tho. 1 the red shorts do not have a white trim around the waist but does have a white trim down the side of the shorts. Also mine seems as if it had fleece type hair originally but since it’s fine off. Would you know if this is an earlier version on 64 ken ?? Ugh Wish I could send pics on this thing.
Good Day! I have a Ken doll however I'm not able to find an exact match. He's wearing a white top with pants with gold accent. The pants are bell bottoms. The top flares at the bottom and on the sleeves. The arms are bent. The arms will also extend out in a different position. His knees are slightly bendable and pop into position. On the lower back it has the Matell 1968 Malaysia stamp. Are you able to help me identify which one he is? Thx
Hello and welcome to my channel, @savvysupastar. Thanks for your comment. From your description it's hard to tell which Ken he is. He could be a TNT Ken but I'm not sure about the clothes.

I love Ken! I really love Mod Ken. I have two vintage Kens with painted hair, 1 straight leg Alan, and 2 Mod Kens. Thanks for the video!
Hello and welcome back to my channel, Flower Meerkat. Thanks for your comment. Would a Mod Ken video also be interesting for you?

Hello and welcome to my channel, Barbie Rescue. Maybe you'll find another #1 Ken one day. What's your main area of collecting?

I have a vast connection of Barbies and Ken trying to downsize
