The last 9 hours of a 10-hour stint is wasted time. Studies show that lots of breaks and changed focus improve memory of the material.
Thank you 😁 but I recommend to study not caring about how many I hours I studied. I think the important thing is how long you get 'focus' on studying :)

Me too, I can't keep up with any subject, I'm really slow, please advice
I am not the best but a few tips are that firstly try to describe what you want to study to someone. Then find a way of note taking that is easy for e.g cornell mond mapping. Or like me you cant take notes. Then you can try to read everything with full focus and read it like a story i swear it helps. Then you can do something like read two pages or a topic and then close the book and write it all from what you memorized, then go back and see what oyu missed. My biggest mistake is cramming so don't do it.

It'll get easier for studying starting from focus on studying for 30 minutes, and then 40 minutes, then 50 minutes like that 😊
Do a pomodoro study methods. You take 25 minutes to learn and then 5 minutes to have a break(◔‿◔)

Wow this reminded me few years ago while I was in high school. I'm italian but I studyed in a school that it's known to be hard. I remembered studying the whole day everyday, sometimes I went to sleep at 3 and woke up at 6 for my bus cause I lived far from the main city. Almost didn't get sleep sometimes. It was so frustrating and crazy. If I could go back I would tell myself to not waist my mental health for that. It's right to study a lot and if you have a particular period of exams for example you can push yourself harder but you have to respect yourself!! Wish I knew

6.15 I really agree with you .I am from turkey 🇹🇷 and our education system is just like other countries and before ı realize that ı was thinging our education system is awful but as you said at 6.15 every student have homework exam or have to write essay ( ı just want every student know that) thx .

I watch this video before i start my 10 hours studying time, i get inspired everytime. it makes me to just keep on going tho i don't know what will my future will be (noone knows too so why bother they say but always i end up wondering what i wanted to. still no answer). I thank you for making this video, it helps a lot. I think we are somewhere same age and hearing experiences from a teenager makes me feel someone understand what i'm going through even if it might seems to be "easy" to some people. Many people don't really believe in me and i won't lie even if people say "don't mind them", i can't help it but to get hurt specially if they are the people i see special in my life. I have 5 months to finish before my exam. I didn't study that much for like 2 years because i saw it very pointless but at the same time important(but negativity & worrying won). Now i'm trying my best to finish all the lessons, and off to be a senior high school (additional 2 years before college), just image studying all 2 years worth of lessons in 5 months. I see it impossible, but i should try and just move forward, right?
Also, i watched this videos for so many times already but still can't figure out who's your wallpaper hehe~ Who is he?

Im on my mid 30.. I hv to study coz im gonna took a test to switch my job. I only able to study 1-3hrs per day since I still working n lost focus a lot. Try to find motivation while watching ppl study. What worst is I forget 80% what I read ysterday. Keep making excuse that I'm too old to study. Go fight for ur dreams !!!
