Impounded in the bus lane - no license, registration?

Many drivers were apprehended during a bus lane enforcement operation on EDSA.
The exclusive EDSA busway is sometimes misused by drivers or riders that often give the explanation that they're in a hurry.
At least one motorcycle was impounded because according to enforcers, the rider couldn’t show a drivers license and couldn’t show a valid registration.
