Driver paid 8,000 for fake license?

A driver caught inside the exclusive EDSA bus lane handed over a drivers license that was alleged to be fake, as well as a vehicle registration that was alleged to be expired - during a SAICT enforcement operation on the exclusive EDSA bus lane.
Many motorcycle riders were also caught inside the exclusive bus lane - with many attempts to evade the apprehending enforcers.
