Neighbourhood Portraits - Trevor Gulliver

Trevor Gulliver is a restaurateur and one of the founding fathers of St. John's Restaurant and Bakery. Together with Fergus Henderson he opened St. John Bar & Restaurant in October 1994 near London's Smithfield Market. In November 2010 St. John opened their stand alone bakery located along Bermondsey's DruidStreet. The bakery provides bread to St. John's locations in both Spitalfields and Smithfield. On Saturday mornings the bakery opens doors for the Maltby Street market, where they sell their famous sourdoughs and doughnuts.
