Would you consider trying a 'cheap' rail bellows to create a similar set-up? Somewhere in a drawer I have a macro bellows that connects to my EF lenses and camera. The tilt/shift/swing function is all that is missing.
This is an awesome build and one I'm super tempted to try myself now! I have an old Linhof but it's too heavy to enjoy using, this would be ideal as an alternative!
