Yes, it works. And as you can see, it works very well.
Just a quick video showing another Headlight Restoration using Wipe New by Rust-oleum. This is on my wife's 2017 Acura MDX.
I have used Wipe New several times now on many different vehicles. It does work very well, but after a couple years the headlights will start to yellow again and/or start to get a little hazy, (not usually as bad as before applying the product) but you can apply the product again and it will make them look new again.
Rust-oleum WIPE NEW won an award at SEMA Global for Best New Product.
Spend a few minutes on each side of the sanding/polishing pad for best results, and make sure the headlight is completely dry before applying the product. Keep all moisture away for 24 hours, and don't touch it for 24 hours. Use in a well-ventilated area. Repeat the sanding pad on the green and then the light gray side if it's still cloudy or hazy after you rinse it.
*Please read the included instructions before doing this!
You can mess up your headlights if you don't follow the instructions carefully, or if you lean on them or get them wet too soon after applying the product. If that happens... you can fix them by starting over with the product again after it completely dries.

It’s been awhile since you posted on this product… not even 😅sure you’re still doing the UA-cam thing… I just used 😅the Rust-oleum Wipe on my daughter’s 2015 Nissan Versa Note and I’ve only performed the sanding, it’s getting ready to rain so I stopped. It looks like there’s some oxidation on the inside of the lens. Ever clean the inside of a lens?

Glad you found my channel again, and hope you liked this video. I’m still making quite a few videos of lots of different products and tutorials etc.
I have never tried cleaning the inside of a lens. I really do like this wipe new product, and I have continued to use it on several vehicles. Glad you stopped to wait to apply it before the rain. Best of luck to you, I hope yours turn out great! It still doesn’t last forever, but it seems to be pretty clear for at least a couple years.
