this series is so important because it's one of the only that has such a concise theme and town. it's by far the most realistic series and city ever in the community, i worried that creativity might be lost when you have to be so realistic but that doesn't really matter as it's so realistic and genuinely inspired. keep up the great work man.
YES! Someone finally made the suburb I've wanted to see for 3 years. It looks fantastic- you use all the new assets so well. Can't wait for the next episode!
7 years now
As someone who spent most of their life living in Providence and it's neighboring cities, I'm very impressed with this series, and the level of detail you pit into it. I can recognize almost every area in there, and it makes me kind of nostalgic for home. Thank you for sharing this, and I'm looking forward to the rest of the city.
Could you make a tutorial about how to make your game look like yours? It looks so crisp!
Pelle Im guessing; relight, postproccesfx, daylight classic, theme mixer, ultimate eyecandy, (maybe sunshafts).
And then and LUT, and (a) map theme(s)
Rackie Yep that's it
Thanks!
git gud
@@rustywaters4136 what r u doing here 6 year old
No wonder you have like 5 fps. Your pc is probably sick of simulating a world looking more real than reality....
Sir Donnerbold Duck yep
Wow looks so realistic, very cool, i would love to see more suburbs. also so that it would be a realistic amount, that seems to be missing in most cities skylines cities, the lack of suburbs.
This is my favourite skylines series on UA-cam right now
Impressive use of vanilla buildings! You really captured the northeastern united states/Ontario Canada look.
I imagine New Windsor as a very cultural/arty city so maybe a china town or a massive restaurant street and lastly maybe an iconic looking art centre plus art park 😄 Come to think of it, it reminds me of Melbourne in Australia.
yea, going into the asset editor and just resaving assets is best. You can get rid of all the props you don't want, ugly color variations, and add your own detail. Still takes quite some time tho
I managed to make some cities I made detailed and large without bad fps by planning out the general area and placing all the streets at once, get the city roads how you want it, then come in and add buildings and some details.
Pres best episode you've ever made.. so many great new mods like the parking lots, semi leafy bare trees, and wall networks -- after almost 3 years this game is only getting better
I would like to recommend you use some of Titan's new Cube houses, though German the 2 to 3 story ones look very new England-like-- also the European houses pack DLC by Avanya has TONS of brick buildings that fit amazingly once you delete the vanilla hedges with 'prop it up.' Also since you have green cities you should plop down some of the market stalls in the commercial tabs and there is a really cool public market grocery store asset too that looks great for shopping area.... anyway I think I am going to have to blow $8 and buy the concerts DLC since I have to have that concert hall you plopped down... its fantastic looking! 8:24 literally looks like google earth in tilt mode! :)
Incredible detail! For this neighborhood, I would suggest the name Juniper Hill or something similar, due to all the tree-lined boulevards. Do you have any made-up background behind these neighborhoods or New Windsor as a whole? I.E. the local economy, possible organized crime presence within the city, famous landmarks, the history of a given area, etc?
As someone who lives in New England, I love this series so much! Speaking of schools, I find that a lot of schools (especially the high schools) were built to house the Baby Boomers- so all the town high schools around me are ugly concrete monstrosities from the sixties. The elementary and middle schools though are sometimes a bit more historic.
love this series, my new city is inspired by New Windsor
you're so talented yet so underrated, great job
besides for that absolutely INSANE parking lot this was so realistic and looks sooooo good
Yeaaa TMPE is out of control :P
To try and limit your prop use, set and enforce a certain number of props that you can place per property/house/building. Eg. Only use 15 props in a garden, and if there is a prop that you need to use take another one out.
This is the most realistic city I ever saw
yes! i been waiting for this episode so long i really love your city and channel. i've been watching your channel since aramore ep 1 keep up the great work mean :D
Detail is good ...
Great job!
Reminds me of Home in Massachusetts 😍
Finally Someone with a mod list.
I love your music in the game! play again and again!
ITS GREAT
Makes me miss the Northeastern US. I haven't seen an autumn in about 13+yrs.
Im more into european look, but DAMN this looks good, i've never see a such a good lighting/blur before!
old town policy for that elementary school so that the parking lot isn't a mad house..
It’s awesome 👏 and realistic again. ;)
Just saw the thumbnail and had to click. Beautiful.
Lmao those tourists on the schoolyard😂😂😂
Pres I'm really enjoying New Windsor, I saw video 1 and then immediately watched videos 2 & 3! Subbed and awaiting the next episode! If I could give you some feedback on the vids...
I really like speed build footage and then cinematics of the areas you just built, it breaks up the flow nicely
I like the brief highlight of particular mods that you use, it would be great if you could mention any particular tool you use while building a section. As a returning CSL builder, I am seeing new things in your vids and a brief sentence describing what a tool does would be helpful
One thing I noticed (in vid 3 particularly) is the volume levels- I turn up the volume to hear what you have to say and then when the music comes back in I have to turn it back down again. Only a small peeve, but it's worth mentioning
The use of Google Earth and reference material in your videos is nice, not a lot of people show their inspiration/reference points
Of course the above is subjective, but I wanted to contribute towards helping you make better videos for us to enjoy/dribble over 😁 keep up the good work 👍
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I definitely have to fix audio levels, they've been a problem recently.
Great job as usual! Keep up the work man!
yay i've been waiting for this!
Love this series so far!! The detailing is so precise and so amazing. How did you plop down those growables without them disappearing?
Plop The Growables mod and RICO
@@PresCities I was afraid you were gonna say that. Can't seem to get RICO to work. It always gives me the null error every few seconds. Even with all mods turned off
Wow super video
great!
Love it
Would you ever consider letting us know exactly what themes you combined for this awesome autumn look?
Check out my most popular vid's description.
Maybe the name of theater could be Fenway Theater. That way the neighborhood's name is meaningful. Just a thought!
Well, it's in a different neighborhood :P
Super video and city man! Would you like to build something new? I have an idea. You can build something from Czech Republic. I think there are interesting places and cities. Thank you and good luck with your channel.
I've an idea for a new city. a central Texas city called Brazos it'd be on the Brazos river. also realy enjoying your series
Reminds me of Greenwich Connecticut
Is there an asset editor vid? Would love that. Especially since I have failed miserably at it and would like to see how the pros do it.
Can u make a Vid how u install ur Mods, if i want to install some mode they are broke or it missing something....
Can you build a town along an interstate that has a truck stop and a Denny’s Cracker Barrel and an Applebee’s with its sign.
inspired by Providence huh...Road Trip!
how do you get the game looking so good
Your good looks like something out a chicago
Who else thought he was on google maps when he showed the cinematics?
OMG! you chose my name oml i am freaking out thank u!!!!
Love the suggestion, thanks :D
Thumbs Up!
Hey wahts the name of the map not found on steam ?
How do you get the game to look so nice?!
You should add a small gym to the elementary school
Definitely something I'm planning on!
How do you get the video to be so smooth when you only have 5fps as you said in the video?
Speed it up.
How fast does it run without speedup?
Im from Rhode island!
Amazingly beautiful. How come your Cims use parking lots so much? They're swarming them way more than usual.
I use the realistic parking AI feature in TMPE
You have made the game look like simcity 2013
TELL ME HOW
How about creating a neighborhood that is similar to my beloved Boston's Beacon hill or North end? You know, red brick building, very very dense, tiny little parks that you can hardly see from above, historical lights, maybe cobblestone in some places. you would make me miss Boston even more than now, which is quite difficult :)
maybe even some sort of Boylston street, check it on google maps
That'll be what I do soon in the colonial university build. Something very similar at least.
whats the song name? at 12:58 ?
Could u make apartments and low and Class living arrangements. Basically the hood and u could possibly add some graffiti
What do you write on Steam Workshop to find that beautiful graphic?
Check out my mods list in the description.
Pres okay thanks
Si señor me voy yo también
Does anyone knows the 7:23 asset?

It's a music club not a theatre

What is the 4:01 asset? The electric pole
The Wolf "Rural Utility line" I believe
Rackie Thanks
