I can only picture that building as a library in a city as big as Chicago, so I’m all in on it being City Hall. Besides, I really like the idea of the big window/wall facing towards the city, like it’s keeping an eye on the downtown or that it’s symbolically transparent with its citizens.
What about a city hall that looks similar to Boston's city Hall or Philadelphia or Baltimore those city Halls look older and fits the theme of your city😀

Y'know, about the middle of the episode, I was just thinking, "Gee, there's not a lot of run-down neighborhoods in this city, huh?" and then you delivered! That divide over the railway tracks is something I see even in my own smaller town. It's not such a dramatic divide as a city, but it's noticeable. I don't particularly mind either way with the library/city hall, but I just wonder- whichever it ends up being, what are you going to do for the other one instead?

ypu know the button thats next to the L bend button on road anarchy? Turn it off and you will be able to plce the network based fences or nything network based without removing anything.
Absolutely love the series! One thing I did notice though is that on your highway to street transition, you had cars queuing with large gaps in between them. I assume that it is because the actual intersections are that long and that you have place decals over them to make them more realistic. My suggestion there is to us TM:PE to allow vehicles to enter the intersection and block them, making it appear more natural for a highway than what the game normally does.
Usually rails in America have mixed use for both passenger and freight... In the run down neighborhood you could branch a rail and do a small railyard for freight trains, would be very suitable with the warehouses and more run down look to it
Great as always. Could I suggest squaring off that corner near the highway. I imagine the road would have created a perpendicular intersection before the highway was there.
Amazing work and great video. There is road bridge over the railway near the train station. You should put there fences or barriers or something like this for save the people going over there. Its just an idea.
Great work pres i love how your city looks very accurate to what i see in new england btw a town hall is perfect as in new England usually the largest cities in the state such as hartford, boston, and of course providence are the state Capitol so i hope you also build an American style state Capitol sometime soon.

Usually city halls have a domed section to indicate that it's city hall or some government based building.

How you make your lod too see so far. When i zoom out just a little bit, trees change texture and little objects disappear..
Change your LOD settings in your graphics options and get the Tree LOD Fix mod. Also get the LOD Toggler mod for screenshots.
